Material and labour for drilling and fixing Rohibb teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12 mm dia, 50 to 100mm deepholes. Works shall be carried out as under : - (i) Cleaning holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12 mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be made to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min 12 hr. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzels directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzels in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty & let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case crack is wider 2mm upto 4 mm to 5 mm wide drill holes at the sides of crack in a staggered manner , at intervals of 6 inches and affix them epoxy as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the crack with a liberal application of the epoxy putty and including scaffolding upto any height.
Material and labour for injecting of site mixed cement slurrry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement ,sand, water with addition of plasticizers approved make) & migratory corrosion inhibitor, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating with slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy cconsistency, mixing shall be done by mixer continously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating and including scaffolding upto any height complete filling of grout in the holes drilled . Make/brand of epoxy grout- Dr Fixit Epoxy injection of Eppco KP-HP-250 of m/s Krishna conchem or shaligrout EIi of STP Ltd complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for injecting Low visosity (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including, mixing or material as mixing of material components (Part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weight batching. Grouting fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/protectsil CIT or Ferogard 903. Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor ; maintain the pressure at exit (2 to 3kg/Cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit grout the material throught prefixed nozzles in the structural elements @ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles and including scaffolding upto any height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking down cement plaster on brick surfaces built in cement mortar including raking out joints, bedding for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair including mixing integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed (Water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for rendering minimum 20mm thick polymer modified mortar in cemet mortar (1:3) with graded quartz sand with additive Monolith - PMM of Fosroc/Krishnaconchem or polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit or Shalifix RM SG 01 of STP Ltd. 15% by weight of cement in one coat with and including curing as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for errection & dismantling of MS tubular double scaffolding (H frame) upto height of 30m & with necessary brazing, provision of necessary safety equipment to the skilled workers to carry out the work and covering with green cloths for carring out external face work of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered or un plastered wall surfaces, over 10cm girth applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emulsion over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for gently cleaning the surface of the stone masonry and piers in building/jetty/dock above sea water level with specialized water misting techniques employing air water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone surface, without over wetting, followed up by gentle brushing with soft nylon brushes as specified. Gentle surface cleaning may include using water misting and mild pH balanced surfactants as specified for indicated areas to remove surface dirt, grit, surface accretions, lime wash etc by means of water misting and pH balanced surfactants and cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for raking out cement pointing or any other hard material used and careful repointing and repairs to be carried on the damaged pointing of stone masonary in jetty/dock above sea water level by using RENDROC SP 40 in FOSROC or equivalent in Sika and others suitable for marine environment and submerged condition. The contractor to ensure use of masking tape and sharp specialized spatula and tools to ensure clear lines and high level of workmanship on site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for preparation of stone masonary surface and cleaning all loose laitance, algae fungal, foreign material and application of transparent protective paint NItocote SN 522(transparent) in Fosroc or equivalent in Sika and others with similar properties suitable for stone masonry in marine and submerged condition as per the manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Item No 40 to 42 1- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of removing vegetation, sea growth on surface of stone wall surfaces. 2- Rate should be inclusive of necessary arranegemnt of scaffolding or otherwise while carrying out work above sea water level.If there is requirement of small private boat for carrying out the work, same should be arranged by contractor. 3- Necessary safety precautions as per safety norms like helmet, shoes, life jacket must be ensured by contractor with in the quoted rates. 4- Work should be executed as per manufacturer instructions and in presence of company rep.
Material & labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing 20mm thick polymer plaster (1:5:15, cement, sand, polymer) and finally finishing the surface all as specified and directed.Make :- Dr.Fixit/Sunanda/Chemestik/Fosrok as approved by GE. Note :- (New reinforcement and MS Sections will be measured and paid separately)
