Repairing of pontoon, floating drum structure including their shed and railings and fixing of mesh/grizzly on existing and newly fabricated ladders/ stairs and its strengthening for monsoon at Krishnashila Project.

Part-A: Supply Part

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete (MS nut and bolt 5/8x4").

Part-B: Repairing and Painting of Pontoon

Dismantling all blocks of 04 Nos. of pontoon for repairing & overhauling, denting etc. cutting, welding, jointing etc. complete as per instruction of EIC. (welding electrodes and cutting set etc to be provided by contractor) (7.12 T X 4 Nos. pontoon)

Testing of MS pontoon as per instruction of EIC (All block of 05 Nos. pontoons)

Painting of all blocks of each pontoon with supply of chloride zinc phosphate red oxide primer paint & two coat painting at the surface of pontoon both inside and outside including cleaning degreasing, de-rusting of the area to be painted as per instruction of EIC (in Sqm) (05 no. pontoon x 196 sqm each)

Painting of all blocks of each pontoon with supply of anticorrosive rubber paint and two coat painting on inner & outer both side of the surface of pontoon complete as per instruction of EIC (in Sqm) (05 no. pontoon x 196 sqm each)

Assembling of all blocks of 05 Nos. of pontoon including cutting, welding, jointing etc. complete as per instruction of EIC (7.12 T X05 Nos. pontoon) (welding electrode and cutting set to be provided by contractor)

Repairing of 05 No floating drum structure with cutting, welding, testing of drum and jointing etc. (welding electrode cutting set to be provided by contractor) (5 Nos. floating drum structure of X 201.60 KG aprox. each)

Fabrication of safety guard/ railing, net/plate between each pontoon block of all the 05 Nos. pontoons (welding electrode and cutting sets to be provided by contractor)

Part-C: Repair and Fabrication of Ladder (Stairs)

Repair of 03 Nos. and Fabrication of 02 Nos. Ladders with structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per instruction of engineer incharge.

Supply & fixing of mild steel weld mesh febric heavy coated galvanized for proper fancing of 4 Nos. ladder) as per instruction of engineer incharge.

Part-D: Makinig of shed on Pontoons

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete (welding electrode and cutting set to be provided by contractor) (125 kg X 5 Nos. shed on all 5 Nos. Pontoons) as per instruction of engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing precoated Galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 meter or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
