Supply and fixing of earthing pit cover made out of 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4kg/Sqm) with handle of any suitable size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of concrete earthing pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

M&L for testing of earth resistance of earthing pit as per IS and prevailing installation standing order by using std tested and calibrated equips as directed, noted down the reading and preparing Earth test register etc, if desired value does not come pouring of salt water by mixing common salt in water and retesting the earthing value, repair/ replacement of UNSV strips,test terminal block,RCC pit cover,funnel,protection pipe, painting to the earthing pit, writting the earthing value and date of testing over the earthing pit cover complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- Repair/Replacement of strips,test terminal block,RCC cover,funnel,protection pipewill be measured and paid under respective schedule)

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for copining of pole complete all as directed

Supply and fix procelain insulators suitable for fixing of earthing strip of any size to carry lightning resistance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavation of the existing earthing pit disconnecting the earthing strip from the equipment and keeping in safe custody the earthing plate, GI pipe, earthing pit and cover , refixing the earthing plate with common salt and charcoal filling and fixing of GI pipe refilling of the soil and connecting up to the equipment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches 5 mtr all around of any size which is coming over the two/four pole structure of 11 KV line by using required tools and plants incl removing trimmed tree branches. (Note : Each cleaning will be measured and paid separetely)

M&L in repairs danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified.

M & L for removing vegitation, grass, scrubs and bushes growing in Sub station yard along with fancing by mannually / mechanically and keep the sub station yard neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean through out the period of contract and each cleaning will be measured and paid separately.

Note : Up to 0.5Cum of the earth work shall be included in the job & more than 0.5 Cum shall be measured and paid separately. Cleaning the total bus chamber with CTC solution on complete bus bar. Checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts & thimbles of in-coming/out-going system complete incl replacement of defective rusted bolts & nuts with new ones all as specified and directed.
