Recovery- Credit of Precast Interlocking Paver block (the amount computed by rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Precast Paver block obtained from dismantling of existing footpath has been calculated taking assumption that 70% of existing Paver block will be retrieved and can be reused by the contractor at any other site. The reverse rates are minimum rates to be used as base for the quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below reserve price will be considered for all purpose in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price. the price quoted against the recovery of existing Paver block shall have minimum reserve price of Rs. 357/- per sqm

Recovery- Credit of Kerb Stone (The amount computed by rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. kerb stones obtained from dismantling of existing median, islands has been calculated taking assumption that 70% of existing kerb stones will be retrieved and can be reused by the contractor at any other site. The reverse rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below reserve price will be considered for all purpose in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price. The price quoted against the recovery of existing kerb stones shall have minimum reserve price of Rs. 1987/- per cum.)

Providing services of qualified surveyor(s) along with all required instruments, tools, accessories and manpower for carrying out survey, establishing and recording levels and topographical details for planning and execution of works including (but not limited to) determination of finished road levels (FRL), drainage invert levels, cross-drainage/road crossing levels, longitudinal and cross-sections, benchmarks/temporary benchmarks, setting out, and any other survey works as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The survey team with complete equipment shall remain available at the disposal of GMDA for a period of 03 (three) months for planning/field requirements, and the entire work shall be carried out to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects. Payment shall be released only after submission of detailed survey findings/records to the department, duly signed by the Contractor or his authorised representative and jointly verified/signed by the concerned SDE/JE of the department, complete in all respects and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.
