Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint of over one coat of primer on wall/roof including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed

M&L complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface, prepration of old plastered / decorated surfaces of walls including and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over alkaline resistant primer with 3mm thK wall care putty on wall surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.
