Pdg & Making of General Servicing of the following capacity E/A sets of different make and model installed at TE/BTS Sites comprising of following jobs i/c Fare and labour charge i/c complete checking of E/A Set after servicing and replacement of consumables for proper working as per manufacturer recommendations etc. complete as reqd. A) Cleaning the bowl inside as well as out side of fuel filter and oil filter , replacement of sealing ring. B) Cleaning the fuel strainer with clean diesel i/c pressure testing of fuel injector and it should be as per manufacturer recommendation. C) Cleaning the cooling system (Raditor) D) Replacement of Air cleaner element if reqd. E) Checking all belt Drives and retensioning the same etc as reqd. F) Remove the tapet cover and checking the valve clearance gap between rocker arm toe and valve stem end in cold condition as per manufacturer recommendation i/c replacement of tappet cover gasket if reqd. etc. as reqd. G) Cleaning the entire E/A Set (inclusive of fins, blower and block). i.e. oil & grease etc. H) Cleaning of diesel tank I) Checking of charging alternaror, starter self and engine control panel connection, gauges and indicators and its fuction. J) Checking and setting of fuel supply and time as per manufacturer recommendations. NOTE: After servicing the set, a trial test also be carried out by the firm for 30 minutes and check its performance & submitt the readings of out put voltage, current (for each phase) and frequency, LOP, RPM, Hr Meter Reading with working condition status report etc. in Service Report. This item shall be paid only after submission of desired report duly verified by concerned telecom authorities.

Transportation charges for alternator up to 50 KVA capacity from Site to Workshop & back after repairing i/c Dismantling, loading, unloading, transportation, safe Handling & Commissioning after repairing etc. complete as reqd.

Dismentling of existing silent canopy /open type DEA Set of capacity up to 30 KVA of different Make & model with Manual /AMF control panel with Power and control cable , Silencer and exaust pipe , diesel tank , battery and associated fuel line and all other electrical acessories etc complete at TE/BTS site i/c making good the damage etc as reqd.

Shifting of existing dismentalled Silent canopy/open type DEA Set of capacity up to 30 KVA of different make and model a/w all acessories like AMF Manual control panel with power and control cable , silencer ,exaust pipe , diesel tank and fuel line ,battery and all other electrical acessories etc complete from One TE /BTS /BSNL Campus to other TE /BTS/BSNL Campus for distance up to 100 KM i/c loading at TE /BTS/BSNL campus and transportation to other TE/BTS Site and unloading the same at TE/BTS site on existing CC foundation etc as reqd. Note -Safe loading and transportation and unloading will be responsibility of agency ,any damange during loading ,transit and unloading will be making good ny agency without any extra cost .

Installation, testing , commissioning of Existing Silent canopy /open type Diesel Engine Alternator set of capacity up to 30 KVA of different make & model on existing CC foundation with all acessories like Cubical type manual /AMF control panel i/c fixing of Silencer ,exhaust pipe , fuel tank , fuel line connections, control wiring from panel to engine i/c cutting, jointing, welding of flanges (if reqd) , nuts, bolts , i/c two coat silver paint on exhaust pipe and silencer i/c making good the damage etc. i/c One hour testing of DG set on exchange load etc as reqd (Note -All consumable like diesel will be arrange by the ageny for comissioning purpose )

Tranportation Charges for approximate average distance of 150 Km subject to variation in either side form sub division HQ for Trolley mounted DEA set capacity up to 50 KVA alongwith canopy, control panel, exhaust pipe, silencer, fuel tank, AVM pads, power cable and all other accessories i/c toeing arrangement with help of jeep / tractor etc. complete as reqd.

Repairing & General Servicing of the existing faulty radiator in existing DEA set by repairing of leakage and cleaning of copper tubes with help of cleaning agents, Dismantling of radiator assembly including transportation, brazing and testing for leakage and re-installation after repairing the same etc. reqd.
