Fabrication, supply and installation of steel structure security cabin at AMD, Western Region, Jaipur. The cabin should be as per the specifications, drawing and as per the directions of Engineer in charge all complete.

Cabin floor area : 1.52m x 2.43m Cabin height : 2.43m Doors: 1.8m x 0.9m x 2 Nos. Steel frame with 200mm x 200mm x 10mm thick base plate. Vertical members: 75mm x 75mm x 8mm MS Angle. Intermediate ties : 32 x 32x 3mm MS angle at 0.9m and 2.43m heights from floor. Truss roof : 2 sides slope truss using GI tube truss with 1.6mm thick members. Roofing materials and vertical covering : 0.71mm thick aluminium profile industrial troughed sheet of Alloy 31500/31000/40800, confirming to IS 1254,IS 37, IS 2676. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling self tapping SS screws of size 5.5 x 65mm with EPDM seal complete up to required pitch in horizontal, vertical or curved surfaces i/c cutting to size and shape where required as per specifications, detail drawings and direction of Engineer in charge. The rate shall be inclusive of all screws, seal, ridge, labour, scaffolding, machinery for fixing and approved sealent where required etc. but excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses. Door shutter : GI frame with chromium plated brass butt hinges (75 x 65 x 4mm) to cabin and 0.71mm thick aluminum troughed sheets. Window shutter : GI frame with chromium plated brass butt hinges (75 x 65 x 4mm) to cabin and 1.0mm thick aluminum polycarbonate sheets. Floor : 50 x 50 x 6mm MS angle frame topped with 16mm thick marine chequered plywood. Storage Box : with GI frames and 16mm thick plywood top inside the cabin. Painting : (two or more coats) on all structural members and fittings with epoxy enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture and required colour over a priming coat of approved epoxy steel primer on new work. Electrical : Light points-2 nos, fan point – 1 no., plug point -1 no., all using 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit with modular swich, modular plate, suitable GI/insulated box and earting the point etc. complete as required as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
