Amount

AMC of 50 Te electronic road weighbridge, which include following terms and conditions: 1. Maintenance of weighbridge software with all installed feature as on date including log in security for data safety. 2. Service engineer should visit the weighbridge once in fifteen days irrespective of breakdown. 3. In case of any break down service engineer should reach the site within 12 hours after receiving information in any form telephonic, mail, fax and writing. 4. All travelling allowance and other expenses will be carried out by the party during the contract period. 5. AMC holder/ service engineer must be present at the time of verification/ stamping of the weighbridge by inspector legal meterology. 6. After breakdown the fault should be rectified within 24 hours of receipt of complain. Penalty shall be applicable after 24 hours of breakdown. 7. The penalty for non-rectification of the weighbridge shall be calculated as: (No fd days the weighbridge remains out of order X AMC rate X 2 times)/ 365 days
