Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting/chiseling/wedging out of soft/hard rock in all depths including pumping and bailing out water and stacking the excavated in specified manner clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. layers, foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinths including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies for all height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts. a) Foundation, footings, basis of columns and mass concrete.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding also cost of binding wire and placing in position complete upto all floor level including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts. a) Tor steel (Tata/Sail make)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) M-20 grade and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and upto all heights. a) Foundation, footings, basis of columns and mass concrete.

Steel work welded in built up sections, and M.S. pipe of 350 NB M.S. and H.S. hollow section trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint and PU epoxy coated (minimum two coats) including carriage of materials in all lead lifts and height ISI mark and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) In gratings framed guard, bars, ladders, railings brackets and similar works including erection, transportation to all sites in HP (Tata/Sail make)

Providing and fixing M.S. bolts of sizes with nuts and washers complete including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matters and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wood scrapers and sand paper complete. a) With ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead, red, oxide/zinc oxide chrome including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts and heights.

Painting two coats with epoxy paint (white) warranty of 4 years of standard make and quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including carriage in all leads, lifts & heights. a) Other than white enamel paint.

Providing and fixing deck wood plank ceiling lining with planks over lapping each other and jointed with wood screws as per the drawig and design and directed by the Engineer-in-Charges. a) Deck wood 24 mm thick including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing engineered deck wood boarder having size 100 x 24 mm thick jointed with wood screws etc. as per the drawing and design and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. A) Deck wood 24 mm thick including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts.

Providing and fixing polycarbonated transparent sheet 1.20 mm thick in roofing with galvanized J or L hooks bolts and nuts with G.I. Limpet and bitumen rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (G.E. Lexan or equivalent make) including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts.

Providing and fixing backlit signage with flexible printable type-1 prismatic reflective sheeting series 7310 or equivalent designed for high transmittance, printing and finish. The same shall printed in latex printing technology (outdoor/indore) for providing desired design which should be as per IRC code/manufacturer specifications. The bakelite signage shall have Philips/Osram or equivalent LED modules with 5 years warranty. The bakelite signage should last for 5 years. The backlit signage shall be fixed over M.S. square hollow pipe section which shall be measure and paid for separately including carrage of material in all lead, lifts and heights. The design and product shall be made as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Polishing two coat with melamine polish of required shade on new wood and wood based surface to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts.

Providing and fixing water proof kit ply of standard quality ISI mark and approved shade and colour in paneling & wall linning including mitring at junctions, butt jointing and nails complete (frame work for base to be measured and paid for separately) a) 12 mm thick

Applying priming coat of approved brand over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matters, sand papering and knotting complete including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts. a) Readymixed paint brushing wood prinker pink

Painting two coats of standard make and quality (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces, with enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping in all leads, lifts & heights. a) With enamel paint other then white.

Providing and fixing of 13, metres or length as per site approved by HPPWD span over head gantry (of 350 NB M.S. pipe to be measured and paid separately) fixed with necessary clamps etc. retro-reflective single sided over head gantry sign boards/ cantilevers sign boards comprising of customized modular M.S. hollow section (frame work to be measured and paid for separately) aluminum composite panel (ACP) confirming to IS-736 material designation 24345 or 1900 minimum 3.00 mm thick of Alstone or equivalent Co. mill finished or PVDF coated of as specified as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet type XI (eleven) class "C" sheeting manufactured by 3 M, Abery danesun of USA or equivalent company and electro cut coloured overlay film with 10 years warranty. The ACP shall be routed, folded and fixed on the MS frame with VHB tape, 24 mm wide and 2.3 mm thick provided through out the length and breadth of the frame including riveting at the right angle face of the frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5 mm dia spaced not more than 300 mm center to center ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to type IX of ASTM:D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixed as background set. The rate shall included all material, labour, equipments, fabrication transportation, erection, installation and incidents all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Only front area of the aboard shall be measured for payment. (All structural steel work shall be paid for separately under the relevant agreement item, except MS hollow section frame work and fixing arrangement with clamps for the sign boards) The printing of the Gentry boards shall be as per IRC:-67-2012(Para 6.8) Note: The gentries boards i.e. L & U shaped, I bakelite sign baord and sign baord to be eracted and installed at various location in H.P. hence rates may be quoted inclusive of transport, erection and GST etc. complete.
