Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer. Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking : EARTH 5KM

Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over aprepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming toIS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradationafter blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to beless than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in concrete mixer, laid manually, compacted with surface vibrator, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Brick masonry work in cement mortar with mechanical mixer with First class bricks (min. 10.5 Mpa) in foundation (at any level) complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per clause 1000 & 1300 of MoRT&H specification including all scaffolding material, labour, machinery but excluding pointing and plastering. In cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)

Providing and fixing upto two stories precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, stair cases, etc. including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centring, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand) on exposed surfaces complete. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.
