Improvement of Existing building for the purpose of provision of Study circle and library by way of Electrification, Plumbing, Plinth protection, Partition racks, Painting etc. in GLR Sy No. 251/847-A, Belagavi Cantonment.

Providing, fabricating and fixing library tables and study hall partitions using 20 mm thick BWR Grade Commercial Plywood conforming to IS:303, finished with 0.6 mm thick natural decorative veneer on both sides, including teak wood corner beading/edge lipping, waterproof adhesive, screws, fittings, hardware, PU polishing, labour, transportation, installation and all other incidental materials complete in all respects as per approved drawings, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in, square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane with 3mm thick.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ infoundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m for all kind of soil.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Providing and fixing Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC)/HDPE 25mm dia pipes, for cold water supply including all uPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step uPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge
