Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead including all cost of labour,material,mechineries, loading & unloading, conveyance & T&P etc. Complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead including all cost of labour, material, machineries, loading & unloading, conveyance & T&P etc. Complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling and removing of R.C.C. footing, column, beam, slab, staircase, landing, lintel, etc. all of existing structure and removing the debris within 50mtr lead. Including all cost of labour,material,mechineries, loading & unloading, conveyance & T&P etc. Complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling G.C.I. or.A.C. sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking of the materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 m. lead. including all cost of labour,material,mechineries, loading & unloading, conveyance & T&P etc. Complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges up to 5mtr height including repaires of cracks and bad patches with wall putty including cost of all charges etc. complete

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all type of soil including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site within 50m initial lead & 1.5m initial lifts with sundries & T&P required for the work complete including cost of all labour,labour cess,T&P,sundries etc. as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth, with excavated earth including laying the earth in layers not exceeding 23.5 cm thick ramming & watering with all leads & lifts including cost of all labour,T&P completed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in 22.5 cm (9”) thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of sand with labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only). as per the specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
