Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks,etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floors, trenches or fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floors, trenches or fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes 50mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floors, trenches or fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix clamp made out of 50 x 5 mm flat iron, 16mm dia round iron stays including bolts & nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 110mm PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) plain bend any radius for 75 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) bends any radius provided with access door of 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) junction single (Single T) equal or unequalany radius for 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) junction single (Single T) equal or unequalany radius for 75 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, PVC (SWR) floor/ gully trap, square or round mounthed, any type of size 125 x 100 mm, setting and jointing with tting and jointing with solvent cement cement (1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) branch pieces, single (equal or un equal), ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with parralled branches of 110 mm dia with access door complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11.00 above but 75 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) vent cowl 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC (SWR) nahani/ floor trap, plain with grating with or without waste hole including jointing with solvent cement 75mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, setting aside (or lowering if required) and Cleaning & removing all scale and dirt etc from HDPE water tanks of 500 litres capacity (Tanks placed on top of roof) and from mouths of circulating pipes etc including washing the tank with bleaching powder and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position including writing the date of cleaning of tank with synthetic enamel (black/white) paint of size not less than 10cm of each letter complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Hoisting and fixing in repairs 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) & fixing arrangement for inlet/outlet/over flow and vent pipe of standard size including taking down old water storage tank all as specified in SSR Part-I including 20mm bore, ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, 20 mm bore, screwed both ends for iron pipe including adaptor to join the pipe complete all as specidfied and directed.

S&F drainage spout pipe GI 50 mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450 mm to 600 mm long) including cutting to existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for damproofing to wall with two component Acrylic polymer cementitious water proof elastomeric coating foor grade mix to form uniform slurry and apply with paint brush as first coat then laying a layer of fibre glass mesh cloth as first coat is still green with overlap of joints of fibre mesh not less than 100 mm, then finally apply second layer mix by brush to entire surface of container covering 0.6 - 0.75 Sqm /Kg at 1 mm thickness in two coat depending on the level of substrate and curing it for minimum 3 days complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of materials all labours, tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto height 6 metre etc.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B0, using 12.5 graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs coving roof kerbs coving coved fillets of 75mm radius at junction of roof slab and parapet wall, vertical surfaces and like etc complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/terrace by picking incl. taking down existing detoriated / decayed tar felt PCC tiles or any type of treatment including loose surface, scraping with scraper, chiseling, scraping of surface with wire brush or any other method, sweeping clean & washing down with water to and removing the scraped materials debris to a distance not exc. 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement plaster providing 20mm thick bedding layer of cement morter (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for applying two coat of undiluted thick coat of acrlic reinforcement liquid applied elastorneric water proofing membrane with UV resistance properties and solar refective properties slef priming over one coat of primer (1:3, Dilution:water) and two coats without dilution over priming coat fibre mesh use in every cracks delovep on top of roof chajja and corner joint of roof before using undiluted thick coat of acrlic reniforcemnt liquid with SBR latex with cement (*ration 1:1.5 )Note: Every each coat gap between 6 hrs to 8 hrs ), tempratuere reduction upto 10 , 0 C , hihg elongation , bridges crcks up to 1.5mm fill with fibre mesh 40GSM with 10 yrs water proofing warranty upto 300mm of parapet and crumple joints including junction of roof and parapet all as specified and directed. Make Sika, Fosroc/JK Maxx Pro Xprt WRT-2000. The work shall be carried out complete as per manufacture specification and applications methodology execution to be done by auth trained /skild applicator of manufacture as per the technical guidline laid by Manifacture company back guarntee to be given by contrator after completion of water proofing work before payment) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin ) waterproofing membrane on prepared surfaces of roof and upto 300mm of parapet and crumple joints including junction of roof and parapet cleaning the surface and laying the FOSROC proofex ORG (minimum 2mm thick) over a min 200GSM The work shall be carried out complete as per manufacture specification and applications methodology. Execution to be done with auth trained /skid applicator of manufacture as per the technical guidline laid by Manufature company back guarntee to be given by contrator after completion of water proffing work before payment complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work shall be Make GEO textile or Asian paints TPO or equivalent product of M/S BAUCHEMIE /CIPY /SIKA /PIDILITE DR FIXIT /BERGER TPO NANO liquid membrane, applied as per Manufactures instructions

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing single layer as in roofing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm avarage thickness PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as roof padding, haunching, sub base floor, even and smooth without using extra cement for further treatment complete all as pecified and directed.

M&L for preparation of roof surface & applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen primer 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm including APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced wih polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) applied on primed surface by forced application of heat and roller, joints to be touched hot and width of overlaps not be less than 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 40 mm thick brick tiles laid over 15mm thick cement motar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement Motar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser Item No 29.00 above but except bricks tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall/ceiling/roof etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement plaster (External) for walls shall comprising rendering of 15mm thick polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster on brick/ concrete masonry in two coats (5mm thick setting coat with WP compound /Liquid as per manufactures instruction over 10mm backing coats ) finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.. (Makes ACCO Plast of ACC ,Readiplast of Ultra Tech , Essy Plast from wall Plast ENDURO PLAST from JSW Cement). Note : (i) The percentage of integral water proofing compound to be used in the work shall be as per the manufactures instruction but in case the same shall be 3% weight of cement (ii) Application of ready –mix plaster shall be done as per manufactures instructions.

M&L for Cement plaster (Internal ) for walls shall comprise rendering of 8mm thick polymer modified ready mixed Cement based plaster finished even and smooth over white cement based putty . The plaster work on the concrete surfaces adjoining to wall shall be carried out as per specification for the wall plaster complete all as specified and directed. Note : Application of ready –mix plaster shall be done as per manufactures instructions.

M&L for Cement plaster (Internal ) for Ceiling shall comprise rendering of 8mm thick polymer modified ready mixed Cement based plaster finished even and smooth over white cement based putty . The plaster work on the concrete surfaces adjoining to wall shall be carried out as per specification for the wall plaster complete all as specified and directed. Note : Application of ready –mix plaster shall be done as per manufactures instructions.

Material and labour for prepration of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two coats of High penetration, water resistance, anti-bacterial Nano cement base paint over a coat of Nano alkali resistant, water resistance primer complete all as spceified and direted. Note : Material should be procured from approved list attached and work tobe carried out from approved applicators.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including pilasters, cornics etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying wall care zero lime, flexible, water resistance anti-fungal 1.5 mm thick and Two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer to internal plaster surface including prepration of surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Material should be procured from approved list attached and work tobe carried out from approved applicators.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projection, chajjas, facia,bands, shelves, beams, RCC railing, balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion RCC at any height and in any sitution floor (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement if required with wire mesh of weight 3 kg/ sqm and dubbing/ filling with PCC (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded aggregate,15 to 25 mm thick after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of wheater proof emulsion paint to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 15 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 20 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of CPVC pipes 15 mm Internal dia, SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting on wall/ceiling or laying in floors incl all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of CPVC pipes 20 mm Internal dia, SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting on wall/ceiling or laying in floors including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repairs, 20 mm thick, PVC sheet one side prelaminated of approved texture ("Celuca Ply of Rajshree make or equivalent in as approved by GE) as in Kitchen cabinet complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Each member i.e shelf, partition & shutter of kitchen cabinet shall be measured and paid separately)
