Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving’s not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing, cement concrete 1:3:6 type D2 using 40 mm grades stone aggregate in foundation bed concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 in retaining walls etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for hand packing with broken stone/ boulder behind backing of retaining wall in layer etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for providing, cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm grades stone aggregate as in bond stone etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for raised pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses built in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe in any length with rubber joint laid in trenches or floor.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete block of PCC (1:3:6) type-C1 in masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width & set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete stone surfaces etc including ranking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M & L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in parapet ,etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, framed guard bars,gates, etc, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including taking existing framed work etc. including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Demolition fencing wire mesh any type

Excavation in post holes each n exc 0.5 cum and getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth in layers n exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing RCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing average sectional area exc 100 sq cm and n exc 250 sq cm, all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips, all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia as in stirrups, spaces and binders.

S&F MS Screw bolts 12 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, embeded in RCC post, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10 cm but n. exc 15 cm long.

S&F Mild Steel Flats 40 x 6 mm thick in wind ties for roof inclduding securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

Material supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing any size or type.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wire.

S&F 10 mm dia bars as stiffening member in fencing including securing the fencing.

M&L for applying two coat of Black Japan paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any descripition n. exc 10 cm width or girth etc. complete

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc including taking down old barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.
