Supply, fixing, connecting and testing energy efficient (BEE 5 Star rated) electric water heater vertical storage type of 25 Ltr capacity with stainless steel inner tank, brass assembly, pressure release valve, heating element 1500/2000 W including all other accessories with high quality external finishes single phase with working volatage 240 volts, 50 Hz, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells Model No. NaZZ, Part No. GHWENZTWG025 or equivelant to Bajaj/ CG/ RECOLD Note :The cost of fixing of geysers including stud/ nuts/ fastners, bolts, washers and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surface is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS
(C) OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE : Outdoor type enclosure made of minimum 1.5mm thick GI/ CRCA MS sheet. The enclosure shall have IP 54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear for transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be polyurethane metallic painted. Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment, interconnection between HT switchgear & transformer using XLPE single core cable & interconnection between transformer & LT switchgear using bus bars internal earthing connection. All metallic components shall be earthed to a common earthing point. (D) TRANSFORMER : 315 KVA, 11 KV/433V, DYn 11, ONAN, hermetically sealed with corrugated tank design, copper wound, oil type transformer with off load tap changer of plus/ minus 2.5% to 7.5% in steps of 2.5% with initial filling of oil. (E) INTERCONNECTION & EARTHING : Internal factory connection between HT switchgear & transformer shall be done using IC x 3 x 95 Sqmm XLPE single core cable & interconnections between transformer & LT switchgear using bus bars. Internal earthing connections. All metallic components shall be earthed to a common earthing point.

DG Sets Supply, install, testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven Generating set with acoustic enclsoure (Silent Version) conforming to latest CPCB Norms of 300 KVA/ 240 KW capacity, radiator water cooled, Diesel engine driven developing 326 BHP at 1500 RPM coupled with alternator of capacity 300 KVA/ 240 KW delivering out put Voltage 415 Volts +/- 1.0% at set value of 415 V at a frequency 50HZ +/- 0.5% with suitable AVR control panel, all mounted in acoustic enclosure and AMF Logic panel all as per manufacturers design and specification as per CPCB norms confirming to the detailed specifications appended below :- Make : KIRLOSKAR GREEN / CUMMINS/GREAVES COTTON/STAMFORD (i) ENGINE :- (a) General: Suitable for four stroke compressed ignition, radiator water cooled, continuous duty with 10% overload capacity for any one hour in 12 hours running, 50°C intake air temperature. (d) Fuel System: Should comprise of disposal type element fuel filter, pressure type fuel pump mounted on engine, non return check valve in fuel supply and drain lines, wire braided hose between filter and pump, The fuel tank must have proper locking arrangement. (e) Cooling System: Should comprise of radiator with 7 PSI pressure cap mounted on base rail. The thermostat installed in the engine coolant outlet, fresh water pump mounted on engine, fan and fan hub mounted on engine.

LIFT WORKS

OXYGEN MANIFOLD WORKS (SCH 'A' PART-XIX)
(A) Oxygen Manifold 4+4 The oxygen manifold would be of above size of bulk oxygen cylinders. It is suitable to with stand a pressure of 2400 PSI. The main frame are made out of 50 X 50 X 6 mm angle iron and bottom frame of 20 X 20 mm ms square are install in such a way that the cylinders must be stage for use in upright position and are not fell down under any circumstances.The gases passed through inter-connecting tail pipes duly fitted with suitable bull nose and nut adopter for cylinder valve and tube size is 10 mm OD Copper tube duly annealed having wall thickness 1.5 mm in spiral shape and the other end of the tail pipe are fixed with non-return valve.The non return valve are fixed in brass block of size 25 mm square vertically which are fitted with high pressure copper tube of size 15mm OD having wall thickness 1.5 mm. Both the arms of manifold further fixed in automatic control panel.All the joints of copper tube, brass block, and inter connecting tubes are welded with silver brazing. Pressure release safety valve also provided. The manifold is fabricated in such a way to give distribution flow of 1500 ltrs per minute. The manifold would be degreased and purged with inert gas before commissioning. The manifold would be enamel painted as per color code. All above work would be done strictly as per specification and entire satisfaction of Engineer in-Charge.
(B) *Oxygen Emergency Point : SPECIFICATION:- In case of emergency, the supply of medical oxygen is restored immediately with this system. The emergency system would be consists of 1 no. Cylinders - configuration This would be suitable withstand a pressure of 2400psi. This would be inter connected with high pressure, high flow, double stage control regulator duly fitted with cylinder contents as well as line pressure gauges of 50mm dial size. Pressure release Safety valve are also be provided in this system, so that it would release the pressure beyond 70psi. The outlet point of pressure regulator would be connected with emergency point of oxygen pipeline with the help of inter-connecting adopters
(C). OXYGEN CONTROL PANEL (Automatic Control Panel) SPECIFICATION:The control panel would be supplied as a pre-tested and pr-sated self-contained unit The control panel is installed in the middle of both arms of manifold and fabricated in such a way that it would withstand of working pressure 2400psi and test pressure would be 3500psi. It would also supply a flow of 1500 ltrs. Per minute at a pressure of 4 bar (60psi) constantly on either bank. Medical Compressed Air Base UNIT The compressed air system are installed by installation of 01 number air-cooled, splash lubricated and skid mounted reciprocating type compressor. Capacity to produce 1000 liters approximately free air delivery at maximum pressure of 90 PSI.It would be fitted with 5 hp capacity induction electric motor of class F insulation It will be pre fitted with slide rails.The compressor would be installed duly fitted with suction filters, after coolers with moisture separator.The moisture separator and after coolers duly fitted with electrically operated auto drain traps will also be provided before air receiver.This system would also have one number vertical MS air receiver as per IS 226 with construction code IS 2825 of 500 ltr WC duly fitted with safety valves, drain valves, pressure gauges etc. An automatic twin chamber heatless air drier would also be installed to dry 35 CFM compressed air at 90-psi pressure at a temperature of 0-40 degree centigrade. Outlet dew point temperature would be –40 degree centigrade.The dryer would be automatic duly fitted with pneumatic operated valve, set of filters, pre-filter, oil filter and duly fitted with pressure gauges for test the filter’s condition. Medical Vacuum Base unit As per specifications. The vacuum system is installed by providing 1 nos. vacuum pumps of reputed make of single stage , 2 cylinders. These pumps are stationary, air-cooled; splash lubricated, base plate mounted reciprocating type.These pumps would fitted on base plate and belts would be guarded. Thewould company also provide 1 no. vaccum tank of suitable water capacity as per IS 225 and construction code as per IS 2825 with all its accessories like vacuum gauge, drain valve, inspection window etc.The company will provide interconnection copper piping of size 12mm 0.0 to 28mm OD with BSP vertical non return valve of required size with vacuum gauge of required size of bottom connection with silencer and vacuums filters and all other work to complete the vacuum system and as per the entire satisfaction of Hospitals authority. Electrical Control Panels for above: The central electrical control panel is provided with all its accessories and caballing etc. It have separate chamber for all the starters for electric motors separately. The entire tripping device for safety of compressor, vacuum pump, manifolds are provided. Voltmeters, amp. Meters, running hrs. Meter, on/off indicators for each installation / motor would be provided separately including main circuit breakers and area circuit breakers. It would be capable to handle the total load of 55 kw installations. It would meet out the requirement of international standard as well as Indian Standard. All the fitting used in this system would be of reputed make like Crompton, L&T, and Siemens. The input volts would be 440/50Hz/3 phase and output 415 for motors and 240 for electrical. It would be off cascade type.

GASTERMINAL UNIT FOR OXYGEN : Terminal Units (Gas Outlets) with adaptors/probe for oxygen, compressed air and vacuum: Matching adaptors to the gas outlet mentioned above i.e. adaptor for oxygen, air and vacuum. The terminal units would have following features. a. It would be front insertion type. b. Terminal unit would have mechanism with check valve. C. Allow single hand operation. D. On first insertion of probe the probe shall sit in a standby position. At the stage there shall be no gas flow. E. Only on pressing the probe second time, the gas supply would start. F. They would close automatically when connected apparatus is removed. G. For allowing on line maintenance the terminal unit would be equipped with a check valve for all positive pressure gases for closing gas supply whenever the outlet point is opened. H. The outlet would be non interchangeable for specific gas and it would accept only correct medical gas adopter/Probe. I. It would be color coded as per HTM 2022 J. The design of this outlet would be compatible to installed vertical on valve horizontally on ICCU panel and area servicing unit and also vertical to fit in pendants. K. It would only supply with correct probe/ adopter.

ISOLATION VALVES ASSEMBLY: CE MARKED ISO 9001-2008 SPECIFICATION: To control the pressure as well as for maintenance quarter turn open at 90-degree ball type valves would be provided. MANNING AND OPERATION OF AIR CONDITIONING PLANT WORKS (SCH 'A' PART-XX)
Manning and operation of Air conditioning plant, firefighting system and DG Sets during defect liability period of 24 months from the actual date of completion including compressors, condensers, AHU Unit, cooling tower ,pipe line, pumps including operation of valves complete by providing/ deploying all required supervisory, Technical Staff and required number of Helper but minimum as following :- (i) FGM-01 No per shift for 03 shift (ii) Refrigeration mechanic - 01 No per shift for 03 Shifts (iii) Helper - 01 No per shift for 03 Shifts Notes :- (a) Quantity is variable and shall be calculated actually for 24 months period of completion as given. (b) The operator shall be ITI certificate holder from recognized board having minimum two year experience in similar Job/ trade in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning with 2 year experience in relevant field, responsible for plant operation and maintenance round the clock including Sunday and Holiday. (c) Helper to assist the refrigeration mechanic (minimum 10th pass) responsible for AC Plant/ Parts cleaning, cleaning surrounding area and carry necessary T&P from smooth functioning of plant, operation and maint around the clock including Sunday and Holiday. (d) The contractor shall submit name of persons to be deployed at work alongwith their qualifications and experience for approval from GE before the date of commencement of work. (e) Subsequently action for verification of antecedents of the persons to be deployed shall be taken by the contractor and submit the same to Engineer-in-Charge/ GE within 07 days from the date of commencement of work (f) Cleaning of area in and around pump houses & common areas (viz cutting of grass & disposal of debris) are deemed to be included in the scope of the work. Default if any noticed in duty of cleaning, recovery will be imposed as per clause specified in the Particular Specifications.
