Taking out old unserviceable top side board and S&F new top made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grdrde, approx size of top 1220x455mm. Shade of new top as approved by Engineer-in-charge, complete all as shown in drawings.

Taking out old unserviceable drawer and S&F of new drawer made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade on front of drawer on one side only will be provided, complete all as specified and shown in drawings

Taking out old unserviceable back ply of side board and S&F of new back made out of ply wood 6mm thick both side commercial, complete all as specified and shown in drawings
