Strengthening work to the existing damaged RCC structure poles in Kayathar 230KV SS by providing casing concrete with construction chemicals.ie., Spl.admixtures for strengtheninig work.

Earthwork Excavation and depositing on bank with Initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton,hard red earth shales murram gravel stoney earth earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil with initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m.

Dismantling of existing corroded RCC beam with initial lead of 10m upto 100m away from the site as per the instruction of site engineer

Chipping RCC pole structure concrete and roughening the surface including cost of all materials, labour, lead, shuttering charges etc, complete.

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 12mm to 20mm HBS metal (machine crushed) for coloumn concrete without formworks availing LC including all cost labour materials lead lift curing etc complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement (By using mixer machine and vibrator)for raft.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS steel

Colour washing two coats using Cement paint over one coat of primer using white cement including all cost of materials, lead, lift, T&P, labour including cost for scrapping and clearing existing surface.

Providing additional strutting to centering of RCC slabs of plain surface for every additional 1.0m height or part there of but not less than 30cm over the initial 3.00m height from floor level using casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia including cross bracing etc, complete compling with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.
