Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description/type/ size of light/fan/tube/power/two way/bell etc on TW batten/conduit including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden boards / Hylam sheet/ light fittings etc and removal of unserviceable material out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty ISI marked of suitable dia, surface conduit wiring on walls including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of 2.0mm thick MS terminal boxes duly painted with red oxide metal primer and covered with 3 mm thick sheet cover of suitable size including suitable screws with washer for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified & as directed for One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 amps, SP
