Supplying and filling gravel in 'foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted -1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge HBG Jelly for foundation and flooring including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges for laying land in layer of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and curing etc., complete.

Centering for sides and soff its including supports and strutting upto 3 M height for plain surface on lateral being using MS Sheets of size 90x60 cm and MS lOgauge stiffened with weld mesh steel angles of size 25x25x3 mm far boarding laid over silver etc. (or) country wood joint and using casuarinas props 10 to 13 cm. dia spaced at 75 cm c/c etc.

Supplying Fabricating and placing in position of mild steel (or) steel grills for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire and labour charges for cutting bending the rods tying the grills and placing in positions etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers etc.,

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5,using country bricks of size 8 3/4"x 4 1/4"x 21/4"for foundation and basement and superstructure etc., complete.

Special plastering with cement mortar 1:3 - 10mm thick for RCC exposed surfaces including curing etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 - 12mm thick for all external surface exposed surfaces including curing etc., complete.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of cement paint over one coat of cement primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The colour and shade of the cement paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Finishing the flooring with machine trawler for neat and leak proof finishing and as directed by Departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of precast RCC cover slab of size 50mm thick etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers

Supplying and fixing in position of MS pipes of following sizes for holding the PPGI sheet roof including one coat of red oxide primer.

Supplying and fixing Galvalume colour sheet 0.47mm of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary ‘J’ / ‘U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
