Excavation in trenches , not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for natural river sand as cushioning of cables including spreading and punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose

Supply , laying, jointing and testing in replacement of underground HT cable XLPE insulated ,screened PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3 Core laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/ through pipe under road etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , laying, jointing and testing in replacement of underground LT cable XLPE insulated ,screened PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/ through pipe under road etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1 with peak size 450 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm of approved make complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying and Laying old size bricks of size 230mm x 113 mm x 75 mm ,sub class 'B' desugnation 75 for cable protection all as specified and directed.

M&L 80 mm bore galvanised iron pipe, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches,under roads, drain paths, fixed to poles/walls with mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 50 mm bore galvanised iron pipe, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches,under roads, drain paths, fixed to poles/walls with mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for boring holes (manually) under road, hard standing without damaging surface for 50 or 80 mm dia GI pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed

The VCB shall have the standard of IEC 62271-100, 400Amps, 11 KV, 50Hz with short circuit current rating 25 KA for 3 secs. The breaking capacity of VCB shall design for 25 KA and making capacity of 62.5 KA peak with maximum temperature rise over ambient shall be within limits as per IEC 2271-100. The contact resistance of main pole<60 micro-ohms, dry-1minute power frequency with stand between line terminal and ground object-28KV rms, between terminals with breaker contact open 25kv rms 1.2/50 micro second full wave impulse between line terminals and grounded object. The spring charging motor shall have 230V AC and charging time required for motor 15 sec (Max). The ground clearance of VCB shall be as per manufacturers GA drawing. The panel shall be designed for floor mounting, free standing, simplex type control and realy panel in sheet enclosure with powder coated paint after suitable pretreatment with IP4X protection.

The panel shall be fabricated from 2mm mild steel sheet for side/top/Rear and with 3.15mm for front/Gland plate paint shade exterior shade 631 of IS-5. Panel size shall not be less than 750mm(width)x600mm(Depth)x220mm or higher size as per manufacturer's design (including 100mm base channel). the CT and PT shall be designed suitable for connecting of 500KVA transformer. Note :- (i) Any other spares/material required for protection of transformer/VCB may be included as per design parameters. Make of VCB: ABB/SCHNEIDER/SIEMENS/CG as approved. (ii) The quoted rate shall be demmed to include cost of PCC foundation and PCC plateform of suitable size 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate over 100 mm thick stone hard core of guage not exceeding 63 mm complete.

Supply , installations , testing & commissioning of 11 KV of rating 630 Amp RMU unit outdoor type (IP-54) protection duly painted(Paint shade in painted Alu Zn/RAL 7032 on sheet steel for door and covers), VCB type I RMU( RING Main unit) Four way comprising of three numbers insulated load break switch as outgoing and one number Vacuum Circuit Breaker as incoming inside . RMU should be provided with Copper Bus bar , one number fault passage indicator with each incoming and outgoing mechanism for interlocking arrangements for powered relay complete with all accessories as under.(a) RMU type installation Outdoor Extensible type, arc proof as per IEC : 62271-200 for design Manufacturing and testing . The RMU must have the following features/specification:- INCOMER :- VCB should have following specification :- (i) Rated Voltage upto -12KV (ii) Rated power frequency withstand voltage -28KV (iii) Rated lighting impulse withstand voltage –should be minimum 125KVP (iv) Rate d current for ring main feeder -630A (v) Rated current for VCB feeder -630A (vi) Rated short-time current-21 KA/3 Sec (vii) Rate Short making current -50KA (viii) Ambient temperature (-1 degree Celsius to +45degree Celsius),

OUTGOING :-(i) Each load break Switches includes:- (a) three position switches with position ON-OFF -EARTH (b) Manual operated spring mechanism ON-OFF-EARTH (c) Mechanical indicators for position ON-OFF-EARTH (d) Mimic diagram at the front facia of RMU (e) Capacitive Voltage indicator (f) Padlocking facility (g) Fault passage indicator for Earth Fault (ii) Right angled Cable boots -3x sets (iii)The quoted rate shall be demmed to include cost of PCC foundation and PCC plateform of suitable size as per OEM recommendation 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate over 100 mm thick stone hard core of gauge not exceeding 63 mm complete

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground.(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to galvanised strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and earth wire protected by provision of GI pipe light grade,40mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with pit cover made out of cast iron of size 300mmx300 mm , minimum wieght 7.5 Kg as per relevant IS including frame, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 m long placed on top edge of plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh including excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exeeding 50 m complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and necessary connection and testing on completion.
