M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls incl pilaster and cornices etc. including washing, rubbing down and stopping the previously treated surfaces and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper of approved shade/tint over and including one coat of 1 mm thick birla wall care putty to achieve smooth finish complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall (plastered or un-plastered) including cornices, pilaster etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scraping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat distemper oil bound emulsion (white or tinted) on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls including pilasters and cornices etc. including washing, rubbing down and stopping the previously treated surfaces and applying two or more coats of Premium acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over surfaces (tint and pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified. Note:- This item includes use of necessary scafffolding, Jhulla arrangement and safety net up to G+5 storey building.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces with sand paper, iron patti or grinder, incl pilasters and cornices etc.and applying two coat of interior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of 1mm thick birla wall care putty to achieve smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of tint / shade as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of tint as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old painted concrete surfaces such as checquerd tiles, paver blocks, kerb stones etc and similar surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered outer wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc.

M&L for brick work straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM (1:4) with Sub class ‘B’ brick including manhole raising, footpath, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
