Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding on roof top including WPC as per manufacturers instructions to achieve the slope required, with minimum thickness of 25mm consolidated and finished even and fair without using extra cement. M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for Non Approachable roofs- (a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster.

(b) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2kg /sqm shall be applied over primed surfaces.

(iii) At any point of time if performance of service provider is found unsatisfactory in opinion of GE, the contractor shall cancel the MoU with service provider immediately and fresh MoU with different service provider to place within 10 days otherwise recovery shall be made @ Rs 550 per day of delay.

Repair/ maintenance of window /split type air conditioner 1.5/2.0/3.0 Ton capacity at site,checking the wiring, starting/running capacitor, staring relay, overload relay, thermostat switches condensor motor,blower motor,swing motor ,blower/condensor fan/ removal of defactive parts and rectification of fault,Top Up/charging of gas at required pressure for proper cooling, connecting and testing on load.all as specified and directed. NOTE;- (i) Defective parts/Gas (refrigerant) shall be measured and paid seperately as 'Supply Only' under respective item of Sch "A" (ii) Complaints have to attend on day to day basis and regular visit of adequate mechanic during contract period to maintain above Nos appliances at the Stn in tech and as well as Adam area. (iii) Payment for each job shall be made once only during currency of contract irrespective of attending / replacing defective parts at any time that will be paid supply only under respective item if not paid earlier. (iv) complaint for non function of ACs have to attend on same day and normal defects have to rectify within 24 hours ,major defects have to rectified within 4 days otherwise recovery shall be made @ 500/ day of delay. (v) If required and repair is beyond at site taking out & refixing of AC / any repair shall be deemed to include in quoted rate. (vi) The servicing / cleaning / repair / maintenance of ACs to be carried out by third party professional service agency like urban clap etc hired by contractor who have not their own workshop (repair centre) of refrigeration and air conditioning.
