Demolition of cement concrete any description (unreinforced) in ground floors and above and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debries to a distance not exceeding 100metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting V grooves 15mm X 15mm in existing roof or terrace and cleaning out and filling /making good with epoxy based compound NITOMARTAR PE of FOSROC chemicals as per directions of manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges & levelling etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement screed over roof concrete surface in CM 1:3 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm as binding material and provide modified polymeric five layered APP (Atactic Polypropylene modified Polymeric) membrane with 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film. Min wt of memebrane will be 3.5 kg/sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) and over APP applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles of size 10 mm thick light shade, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm , in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Plinth protection complete all as specified.

Removing of debries (old wastage material of buildings dupmed at many places) upto a distance of 10 km. Note - dumping site to be decided by contractor at his end.
