Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 70 Sqmm single core multi stranded PVC insulated copper cable including all accessories as required for connection complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ASC - 6 lightning strike counter with enclouser complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of digital grounding device mobile transportable earthing pit 1 Phase {(Comprising of a 7ft (1ft vertical and 6ft horizontal)} 2" dia Gl pipe electrode filled with high conductivity material. The horizontal portion is further encapsulated in a 6" dia Gl pipe filled with 35kgs extremely low resistivity soil enhancement matrial ASEM GB for effecient conduction of fualt currents. Each elecrode is supplied with one PVC insulated 50 Sqmm Copper cable with lugs at both ends to bond with MS disitribution box to each other. When the electrode are used as a set of four or more, a PPGI disitribution box having a Bus bar is provided for electrodes bonding and load terminition complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Self supported mast 30 Mtr long each antenna has 3 mtr long made with heavy duty GI pipe with 2 mtr extra height including PCC foundation 5 ft x 5 ft x 6 ft with 10 mm TMT iron bar and necessary excavation and earth work (according Drg produced by Engrs-In-Charge) complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L for chemical earthing system complete with copper earth plate electrode 90 cm x60 cm x 5mm thick burried directly in ground with top edge of plate not less then 4.5 mtr deep below normal ground level,connected to copper earth lead strip 50 mm x 6mm as main earthing lead and connected with copper bolt, nuts, check nuts and washers besides soldering/ brazing at all joints all as directed and connected to earth test point all, including excavation earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr only, filling adequate qty of back fill compound and MgSO4 in layers to the entire satisfaction of Engrs-In-Charge, PCC work (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for earthing pit 40 x40 x6 mm mild steel angle iron frame work for cover pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 40 mm thick cover reinforcement with 8 mm TMT bar @ 75 mm C/C on both way with funnel with wire mesh and 50 mm dia GI light grade pipe for earth lead protection and 40mm dia GI medium grade pipe for watering complete all as specified and directed by Engrs- In-charge as per chemical earthing drg. Note: - (i) The copper earthing strip upto the lenth of 7.5 mtr and their joints for connecting upto the test point to be included in unit rate. (ii) Contractor should ensure that result of each eearthing is less than 1 ohm and in case soil is not suitable same is to be replaced with suitable clay soil to bring the desired result. Contractor shall visit site nand quoted the rates accordingly. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contrator shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.

Supply and fixing of Copper strip 32 mm x 6.00 mm on wall /batten or recessed or buried in ground with proper copper welding/ brazing with porcelain insulators for fixing the strip of suitable size complete in all respect and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on wall ,along pole with suitable clamps and nut bolts complete for protection of copper strip complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of Gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75mmx75mmx25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. head screw housed inside PVC enclosure of suitable size with IP 66 protection made of DK thermoplastic, weather proof, shock proof & halogen free complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
