INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-X)

Supply and fixing Loadline Vertical sheet metal enclosure double door for distribution board factory made for MCB DB load link TPN 4 way 415 V, 50 Hz suitable for MCCB as incomer, 4 pole. (when MCB's are to be used) with suitable size of busbar complete, fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 240 Volt, 50Hz, 10 KA, 'C' series of rating 63 Amp confirming to IS/IEC-60898-1 & IS/IEC-60947-2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 240 Volt, 50Hz, 10 KA, 'C' series of rating 6 to 32 Amp confirming to IS/IEC-60898-1 & IS/IEC-60947-2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB TP 415 Volt, 50Hz, 10 KA, 'C' series of rating 63 Amp confirming to IS/IEC-60898-1 & IS/IEC-60947-2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 415 Volt, 50Hz, 10 KA, 'C' series of rating 63 Amp confirming to IS/IEC-60898-1 & IS/IEC-60947-2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB 100A, 4 Pole, 16KA, 415 Volt with fixed magnetic and fixed thermal setting complete confirming to IS/IEC-60898-1 & IS/IEC-60947-2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm thick buried directly in gound (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead 4mm dia by means of bolt, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 4 mm dia GI earth wire protected by provn of GI light grade pipe 15mm bore upto 7.5mtr including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 4kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x 25x3mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of Bronze/Gun metal with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and excavation/earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR -2009 Part -I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include cost of 7.5 m long galvanised wire 4 mm dia and GI light grade protection pipe 15 mm bore and GI medium grade 20 mm bore watering pipe. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

Supply and fixing heavy duty exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers and all accessories and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 4 Sqmm 1100V and one run of 4 Sqmm for earth continuous earth wire including suitable PVC rigid non metallic conduit ISI marked concealed in walls / floors including necessary cutting chases complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of PVC cable & one run of earth wire including PVC conduit shall be considered as one unit.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XI)

M&L for 2000 litre Elastic Biodigestor LLDPE Septic Tank commercial grade for 25 users with inlet, oulet and air vent, designed to carry sewage and sullage water including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation, Vent shaft, connection to drain pipe complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

M&L for construction of Soakage well 1.80m dia and 3.00m deep (Depth 3.00m from inlet pipe and 45cm from Ground level to inlet pipe) including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using graded store aggregates, brick work (honey combed) in cement mortar (1:4), top ring of M-25 Design mix concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in cement mortar 1:4, RCC M-25 Design mix cover slab, reinforced with TMT bars, steel plate manhole cover factory made ISI marked conforming to IS-12592 with angle iron frame, brick bats filling, complete all as specified and shown on drawing No.CESZ/TD-36/ST/20 dt 22 Feb 2020 sh 1/2 & 2/2.

STEEL GATE WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XII)

Material and labour for steel gate 5.5m wide and 2.40m high including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation using 40mm graded stone aggregate, RCC M-25 Design Mix footings & columns incl necessary form work, plastering brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, distempering plastered surfaces with two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer and painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. CESZ/TD-29/2018 sheet 1/1..

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIII)

Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing of LT overhead lines on existing poles with XLPE insulated Aerial Bunched cable 3 core x 95sqmm + 1 core x 70sqmm, phase cores twisted around aluminium alloy insulated messanger conductor conformimg to IS : 14255 including identification of phase by ridges provided on the insulation of Phase Conductors : 1 ridge for the 1st phase, 2 ridges for the 2nd Phase and 3 ridges for the 3rd Phase and 4 ridges for Neutral including accessories like Anchor Clamp, Suspension Clamp, Line connector, Service clamp, Insulation piercing connectors, (IPC for tap from Bare lines) Dead End, Suspension clamp, I Hook etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Quoted Rates shall be deemed to include cost of necessary clamps required for fixing of cable on pole. (ii) 3x95 sqmm + 1x70 sqmm conductor together shall be considered one metre.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvinised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connecting to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6 mm, by means of bolt nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised medium grade pipe 15mm dia upto 7.5 mtr including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 , funnel with wire gauge (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320mmx320mm of concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mmgraded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM jalli and charcoal dust and common salt all as in shown in electrical plate No-03 of MES SSR Part-I and specified including provision of earth lead strip protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI Pipe and watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade and including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing to and earthing test point/ Transformer neutral / body / LT panel etc. and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed Note: The unit quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include cost of 7.5 M long GI earth strip 32x6 mm and protection pipe of 15 mm bore light grade, GI 20mm dia medium grade watering pipe. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

Supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (09 metres) with 300mmx300mmx 6mm Cast Iron base plate, finial tapper plug, bolts, nuts and screws and making holes as per requirement all as specified including painted with two coats black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer, making 05 Nos strips each 30cm high with super enamel paint (Black and Yellow/white) from ground level/coping upto 1.5m and painting with two coats of aluminium paint for the remaining height complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary excavation & earth work and PCC in coping / foundation shall be measured and paid for separately .

Material and labour for brick, sub class 'B' (old size) desgination 75 laid flat in trenches for protection of cable perpendicular to axis of cable with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning in trenches with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable punned down upto 18cm and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Measurement shall be taken only after punning down sand cushioning.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIV)

Material and labour for cutting existing CI/GI pipe line of 50mm to 100mm bore dia and inserting fittings such as Tee, Union, nipple, socket etc and accessories for taping new connection complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cost of fittings and accessories shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.
