Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto required level with 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead : Of area of 3 sqm. and below

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length USING ist class deodar wood

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) avg 35 mm thick

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In Cement mortor

Providing and Laying of Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in Required level upto floor v level including curing in 1:6 mix mortor

Removal of mud mulba during executiuon of work including loading and unloading etc all complete.
