MATERIAL WILL BE PROCURED FROM BLW APPROVED SOURCE ID NO. 2200789.

The purchaser reserves the right to procure either entire or bulk quantity. (minimum 80% of Net Procurable Quantity) from the BLW Approved Vendors as available on BLW U-VAM for Item ID No. 2200789. The approval status of the firm for the said item will be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter. But, in case of downgrading/removal/suspension/banning etc. after opening of tender, such changes shall be taken into account while considering the offers. Bidders should submit documentary evidence failing which offer is liable to be ignored. The offers from developmental vendors" may be considered for developmental orders totalling up to 20% of the net procurement quantity.
