Schedule 'A' (External Electrification Works)

Dismantling of HT 11 KV cable of any size and relaying of serviceable cable after rectification of fault HT Joint and cable shall be replaced as per site requirements (excavation and work shall be measured and paid seprately).

Dismantling/taking out old ACSR conductor wire in any size from poles of HT / LT over head lines conductor and Re- stretching of ACSR Conductor of any size on HT/LT over head line 11000 volts grade incl earth continuity wire incl bindng properly, replacement of jumper with existing / suitable size of ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting to bottom of existing PCC poles 11 mtr long pole upto 2.5 mtr from ground level to be painted with 30 cm height each in black and Red colour alternatively ,total of 5 Nos connecting from the Top PCC coping and making pole No with paint as per approved pattern complete all as specified and directed (Note:-The numbering shall be hand written only stencils shall not be allowed ,size of letter shall be 50 mm high and 10 mm wide.)

M & L for Painting of cross arm and MS channel , nut bolts, clamps etc on HT two Pole Structure of 11 Mtr Long after preparing/Scrapping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface and painted with one coat of primer and two coats of aiuminium paint

M &L for Painting of cross arm and MS channel , nut bolts, clamps etc on HT four Pole Structure of 11 Mtr Long after preparing/Scrapping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface and painted with one coat of primer and two coats of aiuminium paint. Note for item No 30, 31 & 32 ;- Bottom of the pole up to 2.5 meter from ground level to be painted with two coats synthetic enamel paint ( every 50cm black ,yellow & black ) & writing the pole & feeder no, and marking with black paint in coming and outgoing cable all as specified .

M&L for Servicing and painting of 11 KV GOD by cleaning the contact ,Pin insilator with CTC and applying the Patrollium Jelley at the contact point /down rod links for smooth operation including replacing the rusted /corroded bolts and nuts(using GI Nuts& Bolts)and deffective insulator of GOD as required at site. Painting shall be done by after preparing/scrapping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect and painted with one coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint including cross arm/MS channel and male female contact in red/yellow/blue colour Note:-Insulator shall be measured and paid under relevant items

M & L in replacement silica gel breathers assembly transparent PVC body with top and bottom posn pressed with metallic cover filled with silica gel blue in colour and suitable for fixing on existing size 15/20/25 mm dia as per situ requirement for transformers of capacity up to315 KVA complete all as specified.

M & L in replacement silica gel breathers assembly transparent PVC body with top and bottom posn pressed with metallic cover filled with silica gel blue in colour and suitable for fixing on existing size 15/20/25 mm dia as per situ requirement for transformers of capacity 400 KVA to 715 KVA.

Supply and fix smooth natural stone river pebbles of size 40 to 50 mm oval/round in shape as per directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting and taking down of transformer indoor/outdoor type 11000/415 volts having capacity 50 to 100 KVA, transportation to contractor’s workshop for repairs, strip opening of transformer after unscrewing nuts /bolts screws and connected accessories such as breather, conservator tank, temp gauge, taking out the core for replacement of defective parts and transportation back to the site after repairs and installing, connecting up, testing and commissioning at the site complete all as specified and directed. Notes : - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity MS drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. (b) Rewinding of both HT & LT coils shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (c) Transportation charges for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and after repair, workshop to site shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.

All as per Srl item No 14.00 here-in-before above, but capacity 160 KVA to 200 KVA.

Supply and replacement of HT coils made out of super enameled HT copper winding wire of transformers having capacity 50 to 500 KVA all as specified and directed

All as per item No 17.00 here-in-before but with aluminium winding wire.

Supply and replacement of LT coils made out of super enameled LT copper strip of transformers having capacity 50 to 500 KVA all as specified and directed Note :- Coil to be replaced shall have same number of turns, gauge insulation value matching with manufacturer’s design.

All as per item No 19.00 here-in-before but with aluminium winding wire or strip.

Strip opening of transformer of capacity 50 to 160 KVA, 11 KV /433 volts indoor /outdoor type of any make after unscrewing nuts & bolts, screws and connected accessories such as breather, conservator tank, temp gauge etc. for replacement of defective parts such as replacement of leaking gaskets, replacement of worn out/burnt out studs, checking and cleaning of contacts of tap changer and re-assembling the transformer after replacing the defective parts/repair complete all as directed. Notes : (i) Payment of defective parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) The cost for replacement of packing material such as top gasket, shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item (iii) The repair/strip opening of transformers shall be carried out at site of its installation without taking down/removal of transformer from the site of installation..

All as per item 21.00 here-in-before but of transformer above 200 KVA to 750 KVA.

Supply only LT porcelain bushing and heat resistance gasket with brass/copper studs washer and rubber bush etc for Transformer of Cap up to 250 KVA.

Supply only LT porcelain bushing and heat resistance gasket with brass/copper studs washer and rubber bush etc for Transformer of Cap 300 KVA to 750KVA.

Supply only HT 11 KV porcelain bushing with brass/copper studs and gaskets and rubber bush etc for Transformer of Cap upto 750 KVA

Supply and Replace Gun metal gate valve ISI marked with Iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for socket or union for 25 mm bore pipe including taking down existing gate valve in existing transformers of any capacity complete all as specified . Note:Draining out and refilling of transformer oil shall be deemed included in quoted rate.

Supply and Replace Explosion vent diaphram suitable size as per sample

M&L for Taking down defective/unserviceable distrubution transformers from pole mounted/rested on plateform under GE (N) Patiala after disconnecting Elect connection and shifting to E/M store yard and collect the serviceable transformer from E/M store yard and further transportation to the site for installing including electric connections, testing and restore elect supply complete. For distrubution transformer of capacity from 63 to 250 KVA capacity, within distance of 10 to 15 Km within from the AGE E&M New Cantt/old Cantt and back to directed location/place. (Complete manpower and necessary transport /T & P shall be contractors own arrangement at no extra cost) Repair shall not part of Job.

Opening of VCB/Ring main unit) 11 KV of Capacity 630/ 800 Amps for servicing, cleaning, tightening of loose mechanical mechanism, greasing,inspection of Busbar,CTs/PTs internal wiring of control panel ,indicators,measuring of IR value ,callibration of relays matching with 66 KV Grid replacement of unserviceable spare parts testing of tripping system and removing all type of dust and settled dirt by means of required T&P all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (spares shall be measured & paid separately) and testing complete all as specified and driected. M&L for Periodical cutting of trees /trimming of branches along the HT overhead lines in a girth of 03 mtrs on either side of the conductors including removing the same and dumping complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Expenditure for necessary tool and plants required for Periodical cutting of trees / trimming of branches along the HT / LT overhead lines are deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor.

M & L for Dehydration of Transformer oil through on load mobile stream line transformer oil filteration plant at various site at various capacity installed at Floor /Pole and plinth mounted with all accessories connected to Transformer to carrying out filteration of oil for desired di electric strength ie not less than 60 KA at 2.5 mm Gap all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and filling up of fresh transformer oil as in topping up/levelling up after dehydration having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap conforming to IS -335/1993 all as specified and directed:

Supply and fix space heaters in HT VCB panels (box type / strip type ) , fitted in vertical or horizontal position in VCB Panels, wattage between 80 to 200 watts at 230 Volts. Note :- Heater should be tested for the High voltage at 2 KV for 1 min and insulation resistance greater than 10 mega ohm.

Material & labour danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick, mild steel sheet, 25 x 20 cm for HT poles, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones, in signal red colour, fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of suitable size as approved complete all as directed at site.

Suppy and fixing Spring charging motor with gear assembly supply 230 volts AC suitable for 630 Amp 11000 Volts VCB as per sample complete all as specified and directed as per model No installed at site.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning HT 11 KV , 3 Phase 50 Cycles, totally enclosed , metal clad with drawable type vacuum circuit breaker AIS panel stand alone type used as incomer having rupturing capacity 350 MVA as per ISO 9001and IS 14001 certification and as per IEC 62271-100-200 with short circuit rating 18.4 KA for 3 Sec having one No 630A horizontal isolation, horizontal draw out type vacuum circuit breaker with copper bus bar of suitable rating , floor mounting , trolley mounted complete with following:-(a) Manually & motor operated ( 230V, AC, 50 Hz ) spring charged trip free type incorporating mechanical as well electrical ON/OFF indication “OFF” push button test/ service position limit switches with 5 +5NC breaker auxiliary contacts in service position.(b) Epoxy cast wound current transformer (CT) dual range 11 KV of ratio 200-100/5A with digital metering and protection core including necessary control wiring:-(i) 15 VA burden for protection ( class 5P 10)(ii) 15 VA burden for metering (accuracy class 10)(c) Voltage transformer with three Nos , 1 phase 3 limbs connected in star, dual class 11KV/3/110V /3 with draw able type with automatic safety shutters 100 VA burden with primary & secondary fuses (confirming to related IS specification)

The equipments to be tested are as under –Transformer 66 KV/11 KV 10/12.5 MVA and 6.3/8.0 MVA = 2 NOS (or Job)Tests to be carried out for Transformer –Tests to be carried out for Transformer –(i) IR/PI measurement of winding primary and secondary (ii) Winding resistance measurement(iii) Turn ratio measurement .(iv) Magnetic balance test (v) No Load Test(vi) Short circuit, Vector group & DC Resistance Test(vii) Low voltage magnetization current measurement.

Testing of 66 KV assets by a competent authority ie – Power Grid Corporation of India /CPRI lab (testing to be carried only through Govt / semi – Govt body ). The equipments to be tested are as under – Testing of transformer oil for Transformer 66 KV/11 KV 10/12.5 MVA and 6.3/8.0 MVA = 2 NOS including both OLTC Oil and the following tests to be carried out:- (i) Inter facial tension (ii)Flash point (iii)Neutralization value (iv) Breaking Dielectric Voltage (BDV) (v) Tan delta (vi) Specific Resistance (vii) Water contents (viii)Sludge contents (ix) Dissolve Gas Analysis (D G A )

Testing of 66 KV assets by a competent authority ie – Power Grid Corporation of India /CPRI lab (testing to be carried only through Govt / semi – Govt body ). The equipments to be tested are as under – 66 KV SF -6 Breaker both 02 Nos . The following tests to be carried out – (i) IR value both in open and close position (ii) continuity of breaker in closed position . (v) Greasing /oiling of all the moving parts . (vi) Operation / working of charging motor and limit switch (vii) Tripping and closing time of breaker (vii) Functioning of all the tripping system / relays displayed on the control relay panel – such as differential , o/c , earth fault , metering circuits and all other protection emanating from transformer – oil temp trip , OLTC trip , winding temp gauge trip , bucholz relay , inter trip etc , calibration of all the relays for time observed with respect to time set , complete all a specified and directed . (ix) Greasing /oiling of all the moving parts (x) Operation / working of charging motor and limit switch . Note – (i) Any part /spare found defective during testing shall be repaired / replaced for which payment shall be made separately . (ii)Test sheet shall be prepared as per PS and shall be kept on record in subdivision.

Testing of 11 KV assets by a competent authority ie – Power Grid Corporation of India / CPRI lab (testing to be carried only through Govt / semi – Govt body ). The equipments to be tested are as under – HT VCB11 KV , three phase 50 Hz, 1250 amps,40 KA For 1 Second 04 Nos & HT VCB 11KV , three phase 50 Hz, 630amps,40 KA For 1 Second 09 NOs - Total =13 Nos . Following tests to be carried out on each breaker – (i). IR Value for OPEN - incoming -earth , incoming – out going -earth , for close – incoming- earth (ii)Tripping and closing time observed (iii) Operation – both manual and through motor (iv)Functioning of indications (v)Continuity (vi)Polarity test (vii)Testing of all the protection relays – ie o/c , earth fault , instantaneous , trip suspension , auxiliary relay etc (viii)Greasing /oiling of all the moving parts (ix)Operation / working of charging motor and limit switch Note – (i) Any part /spare found defective during testing shall be repaired / replaced for which payment shall be made separately (ii)Test sheet shall be prepared as per PS and shall be kept on record in sub division.

Material and labour for fabrication of movabable trolley made out of mild steel for mounting of 500 KVA transformer, LT feeder pillar box along with HT/LT cable complete with 'I' - Hooks for hanging cables and moving arrangements so as to move the trolley channel of size 100 x 50x 6mm of length 3.66 RM - 02 Nos and of same size for length 2.5 mtr 04 No along with 04 Nos outer cover with tube inner both ways at 180 degree complete to move from one place to another and comprising of following components as appented below :- (a) Fabrication of chasis of movable trolley made out of 6mm thick MS base of size 3.66 x 2.5m (LHW) welded on (ISMC) heavy duty channel of size 100 x 50x 6mm of length 3.66 RM - 02 Nos and of same size for length 2.5 mtr 04 No along with 04 Nos outer cover with tube inner including rubber flap of size 7.50, 16 ply with steel rim of load capacity 5.0Tonne and heavy duty excel of suitable size of length 2.5 mtr - 02 Nos. (b) Moveable trolley enclosure made out of MS plate of size 6mm thick duly welded all around the base platform of trolley of channel of size 100 x 50x 6mm of length 3.66 RM - 02 Nos and of same size for length 2.5 mtr 04 No along with 04 Nos outer cover with tube inner and 1 middle supports in each direction and to be provided all around)including wire mesh size of 10SWG fixed with MS flat iron of size 25mmx4mm with suitable size of nuts bolts and washers including provn of door opening rear of trolley of size 2.5m x 1.8m using angle iron size of 40x40x6mm including locking arrangements, higes, welding etc complete with back open-able shutter duty hinged (heavy duty).(c) suspension system of trolley made out of loaded leaf springs (step made patterns) - (04 Nos) made out of E-N 180 Steel flat of size 100mm x 100mm thick with varying length starts from 1.06 RM (totall flights 06 Nos/Per Sheel) including cutting, weldiing, grinding at the time of fabrications of jobs complete (d) Complete trolley made out of MS sheet/ channel/base plat/ tyre rims cell b painited with 02 coats of syenthetics enamel paints (olivegreen) shared over a coat of red oxide primer with spray gun including preapration of steel surface complete all as specified add directed by engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Transformer and LT panel shall be mounted on the trolley as such necessary arrangement for mounting tranformer and LT panel shall be made as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) Design of trolley must be as per technical specifications attached complete all as specified and directed (iii) Contractor must submit drawing and technical details of trolley before placing the order complete all as specified and directed. (iv) The technical specifiactions of trolley not specified above but required can be referred from technical specifications

Servcing of 66 kV SF6 circuit breaker out door type including minor repair of parts, greasing, gas recharging etc all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

.-ditto as above but exceeding more than 1.5 m in depth

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading fine sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable/filling of cable ducts all as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. Note:- Only punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured for payment purpose

M & L for Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1, flat, size 300 mm X 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping around the pole strut above ground level, foundation of stay etc. including neccassory form work and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement all as directed and specified

M&L providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 20 mm graded aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 cover slab (for cable duct) with plain faces

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE cable, cross section area 120 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 V, screened, PVC 'E' grade insulated bedded, galvanised steel (heavy duty ) strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor, pressure earthed system, conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1 ) 1977 and Part-II of 1985, laid in pipes / ducts / trenches, under floor and roads or fixed to wall etc including taking out old unserviceable cable, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 66.00 above but of size 95 sqmm X 3 core

Material and labour for ACSR conductor Weasel to dog (6/1/2.59 to 6/1/4.72) any size to be drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including stringing, stretching, binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for MS tube light grade galvanised of size 80mm dia with all fittings and laid in trenches / under roads/ under floors/ fixing on poles and walls with clamps complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 69.00above but of size 100 mm dia.

S&F for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core x XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repair Switch air break, gang operated triple pole vertical type mechanically operated, mounted on 15 insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating 200 Amps 11000 Volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 82.00 above but current rating 400 Amps.

M & L for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot,, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive or one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of super enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L including removing green vegetation, roots, bushes, etc from surrounding of Transformers/Poles/ substations etc. All as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fix Lightening arrestor Non Linear metal oxide type conform to IS 3070 (part I) complete with all fittings transmission classes discharge Capacity 65 KA suitable for 11 KV out door type complete all as specified and directed including taking down the existing LA. All as specified and directed.

M&L for GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth continuity lead beyond test point fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Stay assembly in replacement complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 all as specified and directed. Note:- (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately

M&L Galvanised stay strand of size 7/4 sqmm all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Loop type isulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green large size with overall dimension 90 x 140 mm clearance of hold 25.5mm complete all as specified and directed.
