Section 2: ITT 3.2 - To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years (i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 ) (b) Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor for at least any construction work to an extent of 25% of the cost of the work i.e, value not less than Rs 17.55 Lakhs

Section 2: ITT 3.2c To qualify for award of this contract, Quantities of work executed as prime contractor in the same name during the last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26 a) executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work 1. Earthwork excavation/Embankment/Subgrade -1055.00 Cum, 2.Steel-13.00 Tonne 3. PCC/RCC-180.00 Cu.M

Section 2: ITT 3.6 Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value amounting of Rs.70.19 LAKHS. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity - A X N X 5.0 - B Should be greater than or equal to Rs.70.19 Lakhs where A - Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years updated to FY 2026-27 price level taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N - Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B - Value, at FY 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next. 4 Months -period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent

Section 2: ITT 3.2 - To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years (i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26) (a) Achieved in at least One financial year a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.70.19 Lakhs.

Section 2: ITT 3.3 - Each Tenderer should further demonstrate : (b) Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.21.06 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

KPWD Class-III and above Registration Certificate

The contractor belonging to Scheduled Tribe Caste should upload Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

The contractor belonging to Scheduled Tribe Caste shall be domicile of the State of Karnataka for more than 10 years-Should upload Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
