Comprehensive preventive & routine maintenance services of 1.5/2 TR window type air conditioner Make: Voltas/LG /Carrier/Blue Star or any other make on site installed at various location in the station by carrying out following checks and services:- (i) Cleaning of condenser and evaporator coils fins with mild detergent/chemical solution for descaling of coils and flushing with high-pressure jet of water after taking down the whole unit and refixing at the existing location or any other new location after servicing. (ii) Greasing of blower motors and all moving parts. (iii) Prevention of rusting of units (iv) Checking operation of controls of the air conditioner such as thermostat, relays, remote control etc. (v) Checking air flow through the supply air grill, return air grill, condenser. (vi) Checking air temperature at supply air grill, return air grill, inlet air condenser, outlet air from condenser. (vii) Checking firmness of supporting arrangement for the compressor, blower motor, air conditioners casing and fixing of air-conditioners etc., anti-rusting painting of the MS portion prone to rusting. (viii) Replacement of any component of air conditioners found defective after the above checks and tests

All as per item No. 1 above but for 1.5/2 TR split type air conditioner. Note for Item No. 1 & 2 (i) Cleaning, overhauling and servicing of each unit shall be carried out on quaterly basis. (ii) The AC units shall be checked completely and serviced/repaired thoroughly at least once in three months as prescribed by the manufacturer of the AC units. In addition to this AC units shall be attended on break down with in 24 hours after intimation and shall be get repaired with in 48 hours, failing which necessay recovery @ Rs 200 per AC per hrs shall be made. (iii) Items/parts required for repair/replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items here-in-after as supply and fixing.

S & F in repair refrigerant copper piping of size 1/4" internal dia in and including synthetic rubber foam insulation for split type AC complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate is inclusive of necessary T&P, rope, ladder etc with safety equipment for execution the work upto G+ one storie building.

All as per item Srl No. 3 above but for 1/2" internal dia pipe.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out existing burnt out compressor from window/split type Air conditioner 1.5 TR Capacity and supply & fixing sealed unit compresser of existing capacity 1.5 TR, single phase, 230 V AC supply initialy filled with compressor oil complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge and testing on load for 24 hrs in summer complete all as specified and directed. Make : Carrier/ Hitachi/ Tecumseh/ Usha/ Voltas/ Blue Star

All as per item No. 5 above but for 2 TR window/split type air conditioner.

Taking down carefully Split type AC of any capacity with all accessories such as indoor unit, out door unit, copper pipe inlet outlet, flair nut etc. and shifting new position after minor repair including making good the opening of old location with cement mortor 1:3, treating the wall to matching with existing surface finish and making opening holes on brick wall at new location and gap well finish with cement mortor 1:3, making good the wall surface to match with existing surface, installation and commissioning with replacement of insulation of suction & discharge line complete all as directed.complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Replacement of any defective parts shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The charging of gas shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out old burnt out compressor (sealed unit) for Refrigerator/Deep Freezer 170/210/285/310 ltr capacity and replaced with with new one compressor as per existing make including charging of gas upto required level and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The quantity of gas shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item.

Taking out old burnt out compressor (sealed unit) complete from water cooler of any size/capacity and replaced with new one compressor as per existing make including charging of gas upto required level and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The quantity of gas shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item.

M & L in replacement AC submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable, 1100 Volt grade, multistranded of two runs of single core of size 4 Sqmm and one run of single core 2.5 Sqmm (as earth wire) cable and connected of common earth dolly including drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked with accessories complete all as specified and directed.
