Dismantling taking out carefully old/unserviceable UG cable any type any size from trenches/poles/ducts/LT panels after dismantling ends from OH conductors/ MCCBs/ joint boxes for relaying/refixing or carrying to store for Sch of Credit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10.0 Sqmm 2 core with required aluminium cable lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3/3.5/4 core XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 6 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm including dismantling / taking down unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm up to test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI earth strip protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty flat twin core cable PVC insulated with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6.0 sqmm and overall PVC sheathed in service connections from OH conductor to buildings/ security lights incl taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Cross arms including replacement of bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including dismantling/ taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED Street light fitting 45Watt new generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP-66 road luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver including with taking down of old/ unservicable fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Security light Bracket made out of galvanised steel light grade pipe of 40mm dia, 1.5 mtr long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 Nos mild steel clamp 50mm x 50mm and 04 sets of nuts, bolts and washers painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl dismantling taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The end point of the bracket shall be provided with a 25mm dia reducer nipple to fit with the light fittings housing.

Supply and fixing in replacement of FRP box thermo plast (weather proof) IP 66, fixed on street light poles of size 200mm x 140mm x 95mm size with connectors for connecting incoming and outgoing of cable, including 01 No of MCB DP 06 Amps, MS brackets made out of (32 x 4) mm flats for fixing the box on poles/post complete with nuts, bolts and washers and suitable size of double compression cable glands for incoming, outgoing of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of FRP box thermo plast (weather proof) IP 66, fixed on street light poles of suitable size with three phase bus bar strips as connectors for connecting incoming and outgoing of cable incl MS brackets made out of (32 x 4) mm flats for fixing the box on poles/post complete with nuts, bolts and washers and suitable size of double compression cable glands for incoming, outgoing of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 210 Watts flood light warm white/ coolday light in colour as per site requirement, LM6 aluminium or higher grade powder coated and water proof pressure die cast aluminium enclosure,with inbuilt electronic drivers and IP 66 protection complete fixing on existing pole with all fixtures incl MS channel and suitable size nuts, bolts and washers as required at the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for fixing in replacement of aluminum strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles from above test point to Air Termination rods inter connections including brazing for joints copper/brass nuts, bolts /washers with insulators for necessary fixing on wall/laid on roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for fixing in replacement of galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm for earth continuity from test point to aluminium conductors above for inter connections including brazing for joints copper/brass nuts, bolts/ washers with insulators for necessary fixing on wall/trenches etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for fixing in replacement of Air termination, single pointed aluminum rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long laying at proper distance as per direction of Engr-in-Charge incl all cutting /welding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for fixing in replacement of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x 75x75 mm drilled and screwed incl 3 Nos 8 mm dia head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 70 watts flood light Warm white/ coolday light in colour as per site requirement, LM6 aluminium or higher grade powder coated and water proof pressure die cast aluminium enclosure, with inbuilt electronic drivers and IP 66 protection complete fixing on existing pole with all fixtures incl MS channel and suitable size nuts, bolts and washers as reqd at the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 20mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Solar Water Heating system, Collector or Tube type and Suppy & Fixing new evacuated tube suitable for any type panel set of 500 LPD to 1000 LPD capacity complete with side holder necessary modification to the bracket frame/ inlet/ outlet connection of water incl connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Heating Element of capacity 3.0/6.0 KW (as per existing sample) ISI Marked round/ tringular base, push type or thread type including rubber washer suitable for Solar water heater of capacity 250 Ltrs to 1000 Lts capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Thermostat ISI Marked, (as per existing sample) suitable for Solar water heater of cap 250 Ltrs to 1000 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing Gun Metal gate valve for 20 mm bore pipe, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, ISI marked conforming to IS 778: 1984, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing pre coated MS Enclosure of thickness 2.0mm, suitable to accommodate MCCBs of capacity 25 to 160 Amps incl all necessary connections and fitments such as bus bar strips (for 3-phase and 1-neutral) of suitable rating and mounting frame for fixing MCCB, fixed in replacement and making good the disturbed surface of walls to match the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : MCCBs of various sizes required at site shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Supply and fixing MCCB 63 Amps 4 Pole 415 V, 50 Hz adjustable thermal type ( 80% to 100% ) and fixed magnetic setting, breaking capacity 16 kA , ICS =100 ICU with extended terminals connecting up in the existing panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV, connection pipes etc and making all connections incl grouting with hold fasteners as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plus and socket board with IS 13032, IS 8623 complete with one single pole 20 amp MCB complete fixed in repair/ replacement of old unsv complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for disconnecting the electrical connections of defective voltage stabilizer indoor type servo controlled , oil cooled 3-phase of capacity 25 KVA, by draining out complete the stabilizer oil & storing the same in suitable containers ( to be arranged by the contractor ) opening the top cover and disconnecting unsv servo motors , lifiting up core assembly carefully to check the condition of winding and core. Retanking the same after repairs, refilling the transformer oil after dehydration and filteration, including checking of leakage of transformer body and carry out welding works if required for making the stabiliser's body leak proof, transportation of the stabiliser to and from site to civil work shop and re-installation the same at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for repairing of servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 30 KVA, -ditto- all as per ser item No. 51.00 here-in after complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note for ser item Nos 52 & 53 : Oil required for topup shall be measured and paid in seperately under relevant items.

Material & Labour for replacement of burnt /defective voltage stabilizer copper coil with new one made out of super enamelled heavy duty copper wires of size matching to the existing one including varnishing, drying and replacing the insulating material in the voltage stabiliser complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs single phase AC servo motor (as per existing cap) suitable for voltage stabilizer of cap 25/30 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Topping up / replacement of transformer oil with new transformer oil for Servo Voltage Stabilisers suitable for working voltage 430 volts grade including necessary dehydration to achieve dielectric strength min 60 KV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- New transformer oil shall be bought in company sealed IS marked container with test certificate.

Material & Labour for repairing of SMPS, 48 Volts, DC, 200 Amp, 3 Phase AC Input, 415V, checking the serviceability of SMF Batteries, 12V, 200 Ah by checking all its electrical connections including rectification, filtering, high-frequency switching, feedback control, voltage and current characteristics providing stable voltage at output in with High efficiency ,making it suitable for smooth and efficient functioning in all forms complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : SMF batteries to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately underrelevant items.

Material & Labour for repairing of UPS system IGBT PWM Based Technology with In-Built ISOLATION Transformer 3 Phase AC Input and 3 Phase AC Output of Capacity 10 KVA with Battery including checking all its electrical connections for providing stable voltage on the output, to maintain frequency output, and ensure high efficiency, quick switching and stable power supply, making it suitable for smooth and efficient functioning in all forms complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
