Earthwork Excavation for foundation in all types of soils and sub soils including soft disintegrated rock and soft rock to the full depth including all leads and lifts etc., complete Compound wall column

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one cement – five sand – ten broken stone) using Hard broken granite stone jelly of 40 mm gauge for foundation leveling course, standard specifications and drawings and has directed by departmental Engineers. Including cost and conveyance of all materials to working site, laying concrete and curing etc.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or deformed steel bars for all Reinforced Cement Concrete items of work including cost of steel, transporting, straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, binding etc., including cost of binding wire etc., complete as per standard specificaitons.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 350Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone sand (M- Sand) but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards.

Supplying and erecting in the position of MS sheets including necessary supports for plane surfaces using MS Sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and or suitable shifted with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joints of size 10cm x 6.5cm, complete complying with standard specification below Ground level. a) Grade Beam

b) Column

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five sand) using best quality country bricks including cost and conveyance of all materials to working site in super sector curing etc. complete. Complying with standard specifications and has directed by departmental Engineers. Including cost and conveyance of all materials to working site etc.

Random rubble masonry in cement motor 1:5 (one Part of cement, Five part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) mix using all Old stones for foundation and basement from approved quarry including watering, curing, and labour charges etc., completed as per standard specification

Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix (one Cement and five sand) 12 mm thick etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and Fixing of Oranamental M.S. Grill Gate Including Cost of Matrial , Labour Charges for Cutting ,Bending, Welding, Fixing of holdfast, Guide rails, Guide rollers, One Coat of Primer, Loading, Convance, Un Loading and fixing in Position etc Complete

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification
