M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall/ ceiling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets of any description including all snap grids and hanging arrangements complete all as specified.

Providing and fixing inter locking metal grid (snap grid for false ceiling) of size 605 mm x 605 mm in true horizontal level, hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24 mm X 38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross “T” of size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200 mm x 600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 mm X 600 mm panel to form grids of 600 mm X 600 mm and wall angle of size 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.4 mm. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 mm X 37 mm X 25 mm X 1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 mm X 30 mm X 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 4 mm thick plain fibre cement flat sheets type B, any category as per IS 14862: 2000 (non-asbestos) building boards, cured in HPSC (high pressure steam curing ) process, highly chemical stabilised, design and texture as approved of Make Armstrong/Everest/ Ramco, fixed to timber/GI /Aluminium framework with screw in ceilings flat or sloping complete all as specified as by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces/boards on ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 12 mm thick perforated particle boards or tiles for insulation and acoustic purposes, 60 cm X 60 cm in size fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated wood or wooden surfaces, of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

S & F aluminium anodised sections, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15 for doors, windows, ventilators, door partition including fabrication of frame shutters and fixing with necessary lugs, cleats, rollers, handles, locking arrangement etc. including all accessories such as glazings clips, and rubber beadings for fixing glass panes in frame complete all as specified. Note : (i) Glass panes, wire mesh & handle will be measured & paid separately . (ii)The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of rubber beading however it will be not be weighed and not paid separately. (iii) All other minor details including cost of locking arrangement shall be included in the quoted rate.

S & F prelaminated particle board (decorative lamination on one side and other side balancing lamination), 12 mm thick, grade I or II & type IV (Designation PLB-14 or PLB-24), made out of medium density particle board (flat pressed-three layer or multilayer and graded (grade I or grade II), bonded with BWR adhesive), fixed with screws to timber/ steel frame work for vertical applications as panelling, partitions, cupboard shutter, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa" pattern, size 580 mm X 440 mm white with ‘P’ or ‘S' trap, front or back inlet and integral foot rests, any pattern and including fixing bolt, connector to flush pipe, lime concrete bedding and making connections to flush pipe, connector to branch pipe and anti syphonage pipes etc. including sealing the joints and making leak proof using sealant complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 10 litres capacity, low level, syphonic type, white, plastic flushing cistern as per IS 7231: 1994 with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and 40 mm nominal dia high density polyethylene pipes for flush pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs health faucet with jet spray, 1.5 metre long, cast copper alloy, nickel chromium plated finish, 15 mm bore, 100 mm long with 1.5 metre long stainless steel shower hose and mounting device attached to wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in tie bars with screwed ends, nuts, washers and mild steel plates for walls, chimneys, roofs, arches, etc. king rods and straining bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick (in two coats of 10 mm and 5 mm thick) on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 with integral water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Supply and fix sub main wiring complete with and including two Nos single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 4 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including all accessories and fixed on walls and 2.5 sqmm one No single core copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable for earthing and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. M & L for carrying out pressure leak test by Nitrogen gas pressure for detecting the leak in condensing unit, refringent pipe and repairing pipe and repairing the leak by welding or brazing and checking the leakage after repairing the leaked pipe including refrigerant including carrying out T & P required at site for work of 1.5/ 2.0 TR capacity window/ split type air conditioner complete all as specified and as directed.
