Sewer line crossing across the railway track using trenchless method with casing and carrier pipe at a depth of 6.5 m below rail level near Bridge No. 518 A IR738 24-26 and laying of sewer pipeline at Mirzapur.

Installation of 600 mm dia.ISI mark MS pipe casing (minimum 10 mm thick) with 750 microns thick anti-corrosive coating on both sides by Trenchless method, including making of entry and exit pits, and all related civil works such as excavation, Dewatering, shoring, shuttering,shifting of underground / overhead utilities etc. ​The scope includes shield excavation through auger boring process, lowering of pipe segments into the jacking pit, laying and jointing of the product pipeline through the jacking process from the jacking pit, and upon project completion, site clearance as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. This includes all complete labour, materials, T&P and other related costs, completion as per Engineer-in-Charge and instructions of Railway Staff. Including all necessary approval of necessary design/drawing and methodology by Railway Department, all NOC charges of railway, and all other expenditure such as repair of damaged cable, wire, signal wire, etc. complete work. ​Specifications: ​MS Casing Pipe: 600 mm dia (Minimum 10 mm thickness) ​Carrier Pipe: [250 mm dia] MS 8 MM th. or HDPE (PE-100, PN-10) (as per site requirement for sewerage) ​Spacers/Centralizers: Suitable non-corroding HDPE spacers to be provided at regular intervals to support the carrier pipe inside the casing. ​Casing Ends: Both ends of the casing pipe to be sealed properly with brick masonry or M-20 grade concrete.

Construction and installation of 1500 mm internal diameter Precast RCC manhole using M35 grade concrete, strictly conforming to departmental type designs, relevant drawings, and IS code17725:2022/CPHEEO SEWERAGE manuals, up to a depth of 9.00 m below ground level (BGL). ​The scope of work includes: ​Controlled excavation, Dewatering, safe shoring/strutting, and subsequent backfilling with compaction.and obtaining NOCs from concerned departments including all NOC charges. ​Dismantling of existing structures/pavements and shifting of overhead / underground utilities,complete restoration as per MoRTH specifications. ​Loading, unloading, and safe disposal of all surplus/excess excavated earth to approved locations. ​Provision of extra heavy-duty covers (e.g., EHD-35) as specified. ​Supply of all construction materials, skilled and unskilled labor, tools and plants (T&P), machinery, and incidental costs. ​All works shall be executed in full compliance with the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge and adherence to applicable Railway guidelines and safety standards.

Providing and laying to site 250 mm dia. AC MAZZA pipes (Class-15) conforming to IS code 6908:1991 (amended up to date)/ CPHEEO sewerage manuals, including rubber rings for sewer lines. The rate includes the cost of rubber rings, required labor, transportation, loading, unloading, stacking, all taxes and duties (Central and Local), third-party inspection charges, packing and forwarding charges, transit insurance charges, and obtaining NOCs from concerned departments including all NOC charges. ​The scope of work also includes excavation to the required depth, Dewatering, laying,carting, jointing,shifting of underground /overhead utilities, dismantling, restoration as per MORTH specifications, barricading, shoring, bedding, testing, and commissioning as per CPHEEO manuals. The pipes shall be ISI marked.
