M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (Having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc., by skilled labour complete all as directed.

M&L for water proof cement based putty @1 Kg (Undiluted) per Sq mtr of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare including surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc., by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step-1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instrucitons and mix it with putty mixer with mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step-2) Apply the first coat with prepared mixer with the help of fully application having flow speed of maximum 6 litres per minutes with maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step-3) Allow 6-8 hours time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior primer @ 0.90 litre (undiluted) / 10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI then allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & colour stay technology, excelent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50gm/litre as per the LEEDS specifications. Anti fungal properties in two coats @1.79 litre (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint applicaiton with a flow speed of min 1 litr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface in both the coats of paint compelte all as specified. Note for item No 167 to 170 The work shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials to be purchaged by the contractor by prior approval make by GE.
