SITC of Centralized Dust Extraction system for CVPS Room at Reserve Bank of India Guwahati

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of centralized dust Extraction system with 1 Nos collector suitable for Minimum 6000 CMH air flow suction capacity compressed with filter media (electrostatic module/ Filter bags/cartridge filter/molecular filters, HEPA or combination )wire mesh, pre filters, post filters, flow control valves/dampers for outlet, safety fault trip circuitry, centrifugal blower with high efficiency motor with starter, blower motors with silencer for fan outlet, damper system for suction pipes, VFD drive for speed control complete as per site condition as directed. The system should be with local and remote-control panel, LED indication lamps with ON and OFF switches and necessary cabling for remote panel. The enclosure of the system shall be made of 16SWG CRCA sheet with IP 68 protection duly powder coated with Bank’s approved shade etc., as per site condition and as directed. The work includes Supply and fixing of suitable M.S angle/anti-vibration mounts as per the site requirement for mounting blower/motor unit etc. including associated civil work in ground area(near to 2nd gate)as per site condition and as directed. Rates should be including GST, packing, transportation, labour etc.(. Detail as per , prt1 of tender specification)

Supply and installation of required quantity of metallic/PVC ducting of suitable size (160-200 mm) (available clear space in below false flooring is 250 mm) with required number of elbows, T-joints, end caps, mesh, collars, bends, PVC flexi hose clamps joints etc. for inlet as per the site requirement and at the time of execution of the work as per site condition and as directed. The work includes high capacity duct for return air to the CVPS room. The work also includes required quantities of flexible hose to connect ducts of input and output of the system and also for return duct of higher capacity as per site condition and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Self- balanced Extractor arm/hood with telescopic damper flexi hose, detachable floor mount bracket ,rotating fixture , conical suction hood with manual adjustable damper 2 meters(to/fro), 2 meters up/down along with powder coated MS grout/floor mounted type fixture with bracket groundable for mounting arm fixture for 2 CVPS machines. Rates should be including GST, packing ,transportation, labour etc.

Supply of additional set of Electrostatic Spare filter modules along with all accessories required for the Dust Extraction system.

All-inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance per year including the cost of consumables required for the entire year(during DLP ) and cost of all spares for maintenance of above equipment applicable after one year of guarantee/Defect Liability Period as per terms and conditions mentioned in Part I of the tender. Filters shall be cleaned monthly, and report be submitted duly signed by the user department. Payment will be made quarterly basis on submission of monthly service reports along with CAMC Invoice. Rates shall be inclusive of GST, transportation, labour etc. – (B)
