M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces by removing dust, rust, oil and scraping etc for Painting the LT Panel boards , VCBs, APFC panel and Feeder piller etc in different locations with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of blue colour over the existing painted surfaces after preparing the old painted surfaces and apply putty and red oxide primer and writting SM/MES No. in white letter all as directed.

S & F in repair of MS chequered plate thickness 6 mm FE -410-W E-250 gde of quality 'A' grade for covering on the cable duct. The plate shall be painted with two coats of black enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L loose filling with stone aggregates of 40mm size in substations, around 4 pole/6 pole structures all as specified and directed. (The contractor has to stack the gravel/stones near the substation as per directed for necessary measurement and instructions ).

Taking out LT UG cable from any type of soil Cable under ground LT any size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m deep and n.exc 1.5 m wide and getting it out in hard dense soil for erection of pole.

Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply/ Lay dry river sand/M-Sand in trenches for cable protection All as SSR Part I. Note : Punned thickness only will be measured & Paid

Supply and lay cable cover LV type 1 flat size 250 X 150 X 40 mm

M & L GI tubing light grade of 40 mm dia under road crossing on pole / wall for protection of cables including taking out of old one.

M &L brick work in repair with burnt bricks best quality locally available bricks old size laid staright or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed including dismantling old disturbed surfaces

M &L rendering in 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 and finish the surface fair and even complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for steel cross arms, angles, bracing supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structual steel sections including nut bolts washers welding bending cold or hot drilling hole for bolts in any shapes or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and one finishing coat of silver paint.

Material & Labour for ACSR Conductor of any type for LT/HT line connection all as specified and directed.

Removing grass and bushes including grass root at Substation yard and keep the sub station yard neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled in signal red colour with white letters in English figures ,conventional skull and bones and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT, 20 x 15 cm.

All as per above item No 20.00 but of size 25 x 20 cm.for HT

M&L for Cable route markers made of cast iron 10 mm thick 6" dia with "LT / HT Cable" mark and indication of direction and in casting welded to angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm, 450mm long embedded in PCC block 1:2:4 B1 (20mm aggregate) of size 150 x 150 x 300mm deep complete all as directed.

S & F in repair Pin type porcelian vitreous brown or white insulator to suitable for 1100 Volt working pressure of size 100 mm height, 65 mm dia including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one GI nut complete including dismantling existing old insulator from position.

S & F in repair shackle type porcelian vitreous brown or white 1100 Voltof size, 115 mm dia and 100mm height including GI strap of size of 31 X 5 mm insulator bolt of 14mm dia, nuts and washers for working pressure 1100 V complete incuding dismantling existing old insulator from position.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing size 75 x 75 x 3.5mm all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wire , mesh of any size and type of standrad, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed.

Taking out old concrete poles of 9M long embedded in concrete unto bottom of foundation and Supply & Erect RCC pole, 9 m long, 100 x 130 mm at top and 150 x 230 mm at bottom, confirmed to IS 785-1998 , erected in position all as directed complete

M&L in repair and erection of RCC poles 11 mtrs long 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom confirmed to IS 785-1998 , erected in position all as directed complete

Supply and fix in repairs radium sticker of 6" width all around the pole for road indication incl marking of pole No etc at suitable visible height & colour all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and removing of GI earth wire and cradle guard from existing position.

M&L for GI wire 4 mm dia (8 SWG) on poles to continuous earth wire and cradle guard etc.

Supply only aluminium binding wire of not less than 0.9mm dia for tightening the conductors on poles complete.

M&L for stay assembly complete 20mm dia stay rod with accessories shown in electric plate No 01 ( loop type insulator, stay clamp, excavation and concrete measured seperately)

Cutting and trimming of tree branches 3 mtr all around of any size obstructing lumination of street light and touching LT / HT Over head line incl removing trimmed tree branches.

Supply and fix 2.5 Sqmm three core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multistranded Aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volt grade draw from junction box / OH ACSR to street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Re- Stringing only existing LT OH line including dismantling of existing old binding wire complete. Note: (a) Restringing of 2 wires shall be measured as one RM (b) Supply only binding wire shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of old cement coated surface, cleaning the surface of the RCC pole above the ground level incl coping area with 2 coats of ACC exterior Emulsion paint over a coat of cement primer after preparation of surface including 12 cm Red paint around the pole all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LT line rigid type PVC spacer 4 Wire spiral type all as specified and directed.

Supply only Long range rechargeable type LED Torch water proof type aircraft aluminium alloy body, Ni-Cad type battery with power adaptor etc all as directed.

M&L for Cable Joint / junction route markers made of PCC Slab 100 mm thick of size 250 x 600 mm with " LT / HT CABLE JOINT" mark and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 B1 (20mm aggregate) of size 300 x 300 and 300mm deep complete all as directed.

Supply and install of Display board/ informatory sign board for Electric Supply Layout Diagram board of size 2 Mtr x 1 Mtr for sub stations building at 33 KV MRS Nofra and 11 KV Varunapuri Substn, made with aluminium frame and single side printed the Drgs and letters on PVC base sheet 3mm thick suitable for hanging on wall as specified and directed. Note: Matter for printing will be provided by Department

Supply and install of Information board of size 25cm x 20cm made with PVC base sheet 3mm thick and single side printed / sticker of letters on suitable size for hanging on pole with required clamps or pasting on Panels for Substation yard structure poles and Substation Indoor and Outdoor panels, as specified and directed. Note: Matter for printing/sticker will be provided by Department

Supply only in repair Heavy duty Grass cutting machine 2.1 HP 2 Stroke petrol Engine, shoulder hung type, 360 degree operation type with antivibration system type with Nylon trimmer & 2 teeth metal blade, harness, safety helmet, goggle & tool kit includingcrop guard all as directed. Supply and installation of electrical high voltage insulating safety mat 2.5 mm thick + 10% as per IS - 15652-2006 for sub station and control panel with ISI mark suitable for and up to 11 KV class B insulation pasted on floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair TPN contactor 25 Amps 10KA C series per pole for street light panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install First Aid Box of adequate size and shape equipped with all medicines and equipments required for first aid complete all as specified and all as directed.

Supply and install of electric shock treatment chart of 1Mtr x 0.6 Mtr (for sub stations) printed on PVC / CLOTH base sheet to be printed in colour in english and in regional language to be displayed on wall as specified and directed.
