Section 1: - Repair of DG set and E/M installation M&L for dismantling unservicable radiator of 25 KVA DG Set to 63.5 KVA, Make : Cummins/Kiloskar/Stamford, transporting to civil workshop and repairing including replacement of new radiator core made out of aluminium tube and fins, installation, commissioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete servicing of 25 KVADG set of any make and type to made functional replacing unserviceable spare parts, old oil filer, fuel filter , air cleaner filter element including drain out old engine oil (lubricants) and coolant including commissioning & testing on full load upto satisfaction after repair/ replacement at unserviceable parts/filter engine oil/ coolant etc. complete all as specified and directed. M&L for dismantling of engine of 25 KVA DG set of any make & type by strip opening and repairing of diesel engine gen set with following repairs/ replacement of worn out spare parts commissioning testing on full load and entire satisfication of Engineer-in-charge after complete repairing (Testing shall be carried out for 08 hrs continious and diesel for testing shall be supplied by the deptt free for testing). (Note:- Spare parts shall be measured & paid as supply only under appropriate items of Sch 'A') (a) Valve set cutting and fixing of valve guide. (b) Fixing of cylinder linner. (c) Cylinder block liner bearing and threading of existing bores. (d) Fixing of piston ring complete. (e) Repair to cylinder block injector sleeves including fixing and testing complete.

Dismantling of panel wiring of DG set of capaity 25 to 62.5 KVA DG set, and rewiring with suitable size copper wire

M&L for Chane of silicon diode of suitable cap for DG set of cap 25 KVA to 62.5 KVA , commissioning & testing on full load complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of four pole offload changeover switch 100 Amps, 415 Volts with sheet steel enclosure including disconnecting existing cable connection and reconnecting after fixing the same as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make :- L&T/Siemens/Havells/C&S

S&F in replacement of four pole offload changeover switch 200 Amps, 415 Volts with sheet steel enclosure including disconnecting existing cable connection and reconnecting after fixing the same as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make :- L&T/Siemens/Havells/C&S

Section II:-Repair/Maintennance of external electric works and LT UG cables Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for route of cable and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 65 here in before but exc 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0 in depth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Local tibba dry sand cushioning and cover (8 cm thick layer of sand before laying of cable and 15 cm thick layer of sand after laying of cable) for protection of cable, material and labour complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Protection to cable with one layer of bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ burnt-clay bricks having compressing strength not less than 75 kg/Square cm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations of poles above ground level including finishing to exposed concrete surfaces even and fair and provision of form work for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations for stays and coping complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down old damaged/broken pre-stressed concrete/steel LT electric poles of any type inclding breaking down existing pcc foundation and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old U/S panel any type any description and size carefully by disconecting LT cables carefully after ensuring proper shut down incl breaking up old pcc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old U/S street light or street light fittings with brackets from poles, wall etc any type and description complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old US/faulty PVC armoured/un-armoured LT under ground cable of size 10 Sqmm to 120 sqmm 2/3 1/2 4 core complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cross linked poly-ethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts LT grade of cross-sectional area 06 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/through pipe in road crossings/paths/drains/ducts/floors/along poles/walls/ceilings/equipments etc supplied and fixed including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Necessary excavation and earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and cover and GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Road/boring roads manualy cutting/floor cutting/cutting holes etc in wall required for laying fising of cable etc shall be made good as per existing site condition. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account and quoted rate for this item shall be deemed to include for the same.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED based street lights, housing made of pressure die cast aluminium alloy with effective thermal management sturdiness. The fixture should have a minimum system efficacy of more than 80 lumen/Watt and a minimum system lumen output of not less than 3600 lumens and maximum system wattage 45 watts. The fuxture shall have a color temperature of minimum 5000k at a CRI of minimum 70. The fixture shall be designed for a system life of 50,000 hours @ 70% lumen maintenance, lngress protection of IP66 (lamps and gear compartment and Mechanical Impact) Resistance Rating of IK>= 05. The fixture should comply with the parameters as per IEC 60598 and IS 10322, and LED drive should apply to IEC 61000-3-2 ed 3.2. per haronics IEC 61347-2-13, 2006 in confirmation with IEC 61347-1 ed, 2.0, 2007 for electrical safety, LM 79 and LM 80 test report needs to be sumitted above parameters. The fixture driver should have an operating voltage range of 140-300V, frequency 50-60 Hz, surge protection not less than 4KV, PF>0.95 and THD<15%. The driver should have double phase protection. LED lights fitting should be suitable for ambient temperature from (-) 10 digree C to (+) 50 digree C, including street light GI bracket 40mm dia bent to shape 1200 and down 15mm Bore GI pipe with GI clamps with junction box for fixing LED light required, with suitable size clamp, nut bolts and washers as per site requirement complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note-The manufacture of LED fitting shall give Guarantee for 5 years from the date of installation and complete fixed with suitable bracket & Accessories)

Supply and fixing in replacement for two core PVC insulated weather proof cable with aluminum conductor size 4 sqmm (nominal area), & drawing into hollow street light pole from fitting to juntion box or fitting to over head line complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Pre-stressed concrete poles 9 meter long, 102mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom, class 10, complying with requirements of IS-1678, including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (in alternate black & white/yellow strips of 30 cm height) upto 1.5 meter height from top of PCC coping and also including numbering to poles with synthetic enamel paint on black base of size 15 cm x 10 cm and numbering in 8 cm height of number with white paint incl required iron channels/clamps/GI pipe for the protection of flexible cable connecter box with bus bars, bolts & nuts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement GI pipe light grade 100 mm bore (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ road crossings/ fixed to poles/Ceiling/along walls/path/drain/floors with and including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts washers etc all fittings as required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: - excavation, earth work and same work shall be measured and pain for separately.)

Disconnection electric incoming cable connection and taking down old unserviceable change over switch of any size and description including complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of US Feeder pillar box outdoor cubical type factory made vermin protected dust proof with canopy, water proof made out of MS sheet 1.6 mm thick and 50 cm x50 cm x1.6mm thick angle iron base frame having insulated bus bar aluminum 200amps cap 3 phase with neutral bus bar including fixing in PCC bed block complete all as reqd at site of all four camps and DBS as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for repairing of broken ACSR vessal/ squarel /ferrot/ mink conductor after proper shutdown of electric supply and jumpring / cut points changing the damaged/burned conductor, cable endes, change over MCCBs condutor broken due to wind/storm and binding with the aluminium wire etc and changing the damaged pin/disc insulators and replace the broken conductor, repairing the faults in the 11/0.44 KV outdoor/ indoor electric panels at sub stations complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.( Note :- cost of fues wire minor spares, aluminium binding wire shall be deemed included in the above quoted item.,(ii) Cost of items that is pin insulator,disc insulator etc. shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items.(iii) contrator take complaints from complaints cell(JE E/M)and rectify the same day and duely signed by the users and depositedthe same.one down breakdown/coplaint by attended shall be the each job.
