REINFORCEMENT
Labour charges for " High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / TMT Bars # Grade Fe 500D for # Cast- in-Situ / Pre-cast : Supplying , Cleaning and placing in position TMT bars / HIGH YEILD-STRENGTH DEFORMED STEEL BARSREINFORCEMENT of Grade Fe 500D conforming to lS:1786, for RCC work(Cast-in-Situ and/ or Pre-cast Reinforced Concrete Works ) Including transporting the Steel, straightening, cleaning, de-coiling, cutting, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details, binding with 18 SWG black soft annealed binding wire at every Intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, overlaps, welding, spacers, fan hooks etc. for all Super Structures and at all heights as specified in the Drawings, specificationTP-1ZZZA-CV-SPE-0002 and all completed as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Materials to be supplied by BandR free of cost & vendor has to transport the same if required from B and R's store or yard. Measurement: Weight calculated as the unit weight multiplied by the finished net bar length as per IFC drawings. For payment reinforcement including authorized weight for spacer bars, laps, chairs etc. shall be measured separately for diameter wise length actually used. Wastages & unauthorized laps shall not be considered for payment. Scrap percentage shall be limited to 3% of total measured quantity and to be submitted to BandR's store or yard as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for fixing in position M.S.Steel insert plates, slide plates, curb angle comprising of channels,angles, flats, rounds, plates and other structural shape etc.with holdfast /lugs, as shown in drawing including necessary templates, staging, cutting,bolting and welding as required and embedding in position on both, plain and reinforced cement concrete members inclusive of adjusting shuttering ,welding, if necessary, tying & holding to correct level and line ,and auxilary dummy structures to support the heavy inserts, ,fabrication, transporting and application of one coat of inorganic ZincSilicate primer(Avg. 75 micron thickness DFT) and 2 coats of approved anti- corrosive paint 20 microns DFT each coat on the exposed surface only, embedding the insert in position complete

Labour charges for installing and fixing in position at all levels & locations M.S.holding down threaded bolts of any dia conforming to IS 2062 Grade A or BR as per drawings and nomenclature, including supply and fixing nuts, washers, anchor plates, pipe sleeves, etc., as per Standard TP- 1ZZZA-CV SDD-0002 in foundations, columns, pedestals, slabs, beams, walls etc. or any other place and at any height as directed including handling & transporting, straightening if required, welding, providing necessary templates and auxiliary dummy structures, if any, necessary tying and welding with reinforcement, adjustment of shuttering & reinforcement/any other fixture, greasing exposed metal surfaces, covering bolts and packing the sleeves with jute cloth etc. all complete as specified and directed by EIC.(Foundation bolts shall be supplied by BandR free of cost & to be collected from BandR's store).( No extra payment shall be given for template or any dummy structure)
