Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Lead charges for Lead exceeding 1 KM but not exceeding 2 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc. in Soil ( Soil/Debries should be unloading at departmental decided location i.e.at Chuha Gate. After depositing debries/ soil, the area should be levelling with the help of JCB) Note: The rates in respect of Item No 3 is applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil & 30 % in respect of debris from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements.

Preparation and consolidation of sub-grade (Proof Rolling) with power roller of 8 to 10T capacity including excavating earth to an average thickness of 22.5 cms depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and rerolling the subgrade and disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 200 m.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting granular sub-base (GSB) material 300 mm thick (150 mm thick in each layer) compacted layer of crushed sand, murrum, gravel crushed stone and combination there of as per specification including spreading on the prepared sub grade, maintaining the required slope and grade and cross fall (camber) etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Compacted thickness only will be measured and paid for.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting hand broken/ crushed stone aggregate, 250 mm thick Wet Mix Macadam including premixing of material with water in mixing plant for Wet Mix Macadam, carriage of mixed material by tipers to the site and laying material in uniform thickness and laying by mechanical paver including rolling with road roller 8.10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber spreading and brooming etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Compacted thickness only will be measured and paid for.)

Supplying, stacking and laying of 230 mm thick rubble soling stones as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specificationsand drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering Complete at all levels.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all Levels

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry using approved Rubble stone in foundation and plinth in C.M 1:6 (using crushed sand) including raking out joints or simultaneous flush pointing below ground level / plinth level, curing etc. complete as per drawings and specifications.

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry using approved Rubble stone in super structure (above plinth) in C.M 1:6 (using crushed sand) including raking out joints or simultaneous flush pointing above ground level / plinth level and up to and including 20 m height including scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per drawings and specifications.

Supplying , cutting to shape and fixing specified diameter UPVC pipes as per IS 4985 in RR Masonry/ RCC walls for weep holes complete all as per drawings and as specified at site.

Providng and fixing at and near ground level precast cement concrete 1:2:4 in kerbs, edgings etc. as per approved patterns and setting in position with C.M 1:3 (using crushed sand) including consolidation, curing, cost of required centering, shuttering, finishing smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (using crushed sand) on exposed surfaces complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Extra for RCC/PCC Using Ready Mix Concrete from outside project area including transporting and pumping from approved batching plants . Note:- (i) In view of limit on water-cement ratio for durability requirements, concrete admixtures (Naphthalene / Melamine based super plasticizers) shall be used after taking prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge and the rates quoted for these items shall be inclusive of the cost of admixtures, trial mixes, testing (at site & at approved labs), etc. complete.

Provding and constructing brick work in Cement mortar using standard bricks of approved class/ quality, make or brand in foundation and plinth including curing, raking out joints, simultaneous pointing below plinth level if specified, complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Brick work in C.M 1:6 using crushed sand.

Providing and laying factory made smooth finish Grey colour Cement Concrete design tiles of M-35 garde of approved size 230 mm X 230 mm X 30 mm thick fixed along with 150X150 X 30 mm thich at centre , make, colour, shade ,as per drawing enclosed over 20 mm thick backing using ready mix cement mortar 1:3, close jointed and grouted white/colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles , finished to level, line ,slope and plumb including cutting of tiles , making openings/cut out where necessary including wastage and final cleaning of surfaces as required , curing etc. complete all as per specification and as per IS 13801:1993 and as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Please refer tender drawing in section-VI.

Providing laying bituminous macadam of thickness 50 to 75 mm as directed on prepared surface with spcified graded crushed stone aggregate for profile corrective base / binder course including loading of aggregate with FE loader, hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with paver to the requied level and grade and rolling with road rollers, as per specification to achieve the proper compaction but excluding the cost of primer / tack coat with bitumen of 60/70 grade (VG 20) @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix).

Providing and laying dense bituminous concrete of thickness 25 to 40 mm as directed on prepared surface with specified graded stone aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregate in hot mix plant transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with mechanical paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the requied level and grade and rolling with road rollers, as per specification, to achieve proper compaction but excluding cost of primer / tack coat with bitumen of grade 60/70 (VG 20) @ 7% (percentage by weight of total mix)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 60/70 (VG 20) including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen mechanically / manually, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On WBM / WMM @ 0.75 kg / sqm.

Cleaning of choked drains grating grills/hume pipes /footpath by removing the dry leaves, silt etc. during monsoon period and also carry out seasonable departmental work allotted by Project Engineer from time to time by deploying labours along with necessary pans, spades, shavels pickaxe, punjas, ropes, small special spade raincoats etc. minimum two number of labour per day upto maximum any number of labour as and when required at site.

Providing, supplying "JCB" loader cum excavator, Dumpers including operator and helper executing the work like excavation, grading, levelling, debris cleaning and other works all as directed by Project Engineer "As and whenever required". 1) The above rate shall be inclusive of JCB, Fuel, Operator and other consumables etc.2) The rates are inclusive of all Taxes including Service taxes/GST if any.3) Break Down Hours and Lunch break timings shall not be considered for payment.4) You are required to engage skilled driver/Operator possessing valid driving license and proper address proof & police verification certificate. 5) The make and model of the vehicle should be less than 8 years old, roadworthy with all valid documents. 6) The vehicle should be free from all sorts of defects and will be subjected to inspection by a representative of BARC whose decision is final and binding as regards suitability of that particular vehicle. 7) The cost of POL, maintenance of vehicle including replacement of parts, fuel etc.,wages of driver, Motor Vehicle taxes , comprehensive insurance , etc. shall be payable by you and BARC shall have no liability towards usage of the vehicle.8) The contractor shall take the signature of the departmental authorities on Log Book/ Duty Register . 9) Fraction of hours shall be rounded off to nearest half an hour at the time of preparing running bills/ final bill. 10) Excavator bucket of 300 mm/600mm/900mm wide must be attached to the JCB whenever directed. 11) The contractor shall arrange adequate insurance coverage for his personnel. 12) The cost of damages to any government movable/ immovable property in and around the site shall be entirely borne by the contractor.Department shall not be responsible for any liability arising out of any accident/injury caused to contractor persons while executing the job. 13.The driver shall work as per instructions given by the departmental officers.

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on stone/cement conretel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat.including preparation of the surfaces, cleaning etc. complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
