Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel engine driven Generating Set, AC, 415 Volt, 3 Phase 4 wire 50 Hz, 1500 RPM of capacity 100 KVA with Accoustic enclosure, AMF Panel comprising of the following and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Make: Kirsloskar Green Model No KG1-100 WS or model of Greaves Power/Cummins):- (A) DIESEL ENGINE : Four cylinder, Liquid cooled, Naturally aspirated and developing 156 BHP @ 1500 RPM, vertical engine, electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke designed to run continously @ 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, ISO 3046, BS : 5514 standards with an overload capacity of 10 % for one hour in every 12 hrs operation, DG set to comply with CPCB-II norms and shall comprise the following accesories (Make : Kirloskar Green, Engine Model No. 4K1080TA G2 or its equivalent model viz. equivalent technical specifications in other makes as specified here in above):-

(i) Radiator cooling system with fan (ii) Micro fuel pump with electronic governor (iii) Dry tube Air cleaner (iv) Lubricating Oil filter (Spin on type) (e) 12 Volts Electric Starting system (f) Battery Charging Alternator (g) Stop solenoid (h) Lub Oil Pressure Gauge (j) Water Temperature Gauge (k) Ammeter Battery Charging (l) K Cool Super Plus Coolant (m) First Fill of Lub Oil (n) Safety Shut Down system for Low Lube Oil (o) Air valve and drain plug arrangement

(B) ALTERNATOR : Alternator suitable for continous operation rated at 1500 RPM, 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire system, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF in SPDP enclosure, self excited and self regulated, brushless, foot mounted in single/ double bearing construction on end shields conforming to IS 4722, BS EN 60034-1 and will be suitable for tropical condition. (C) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : The acoustic enclosure shall be designed and manufactured confirming to relevant standards suitable for outdoor installation exposed to weather conditions, and to limit noise level of <75 db (A) at a distance of 1 metre from the enclosure as per CRCB II norms. The enclosure shall be fabricated out of FRCA sheet of thickness not less than 2.0 mm thick and shall be powder coated. (D) CONTROL PANEL : CONTROL PANEL ALONG WITH SUITABLE CONTROLLER AND MCCB4 pOLE 25 ka ADJUSTABLE TYPE TO BE PROVIDED INSIDE CANOPY (E) AMF CONTROL PANEL SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR INSTALLATION WITH BY PASS ARRANGEMENT : Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) panel suitable for generating set of capacity 100 KVA factory made, fabricated out of CRCA sheet (3.00 mm thick) of min size 1.675 M X 1.300 M X0.50 M, totally enclosed, dust , damp and vermin proof free standing floor mounted type and front operated, degree of protection required will be IP-55 conforming to IS 2147 with and including necessary foundation ( Minimum height of the base of the panel board should not be less than 0.45 Meter) having the following features / facilities:-

Supply , lay and connecting by using lugs of LT UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm core, complete all as specified and directed.Make : KEI/POlycab/Havells/Gloster

Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia( THICKNESS NOT LESS THAN -2.5MM) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. Backfill compound should be eco-frendly and having RoHs certification . GI Electrode Shall be tested from CPRI.The earting pit should be cover with pcc(1:2:4 , B1) cover ,of 300 x 300 mm complete all as specified and directed make ASHLOK/INDELEC/JMV/TERCEL/AS APPROVED BY GE.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil laying of cables etc.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above from the starting point

Supplying and laying UNreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV , Type 1 flat with size 250mm x150 mm x 40mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and spread approved dry river sand for foundations/Cable duct including watering and consolidation, cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- Punned thickness will be measured for payment purpose

M & L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling including excavation for laying of cable pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes ) each nexc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in shoft/loose soil.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation / bed concrete.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete

Spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick and well ramming including watering as required

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces

M&L Three coats of white wash incl preparing new surfaces plastered or unplastered

S&F steel work in tubular trusses / poles (unframed) including purlins, rafters and special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including ridge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, over a coat of primer incl preperation of new surfaces all as specified
