REPAIR, REPLACEMENT AND MAINT OF HT OVERHEAD LINES, UNDER GROUND CABLES, VCB, TRANSFORMERS AND ITS ALLIED WORKS AT ZAKHAMA MILITARY STATION

Materials and labour in repair for Filtration and dehydration of transformer oil of distribution transformers indoor/outdoor type of 11/0.433 KV, 63 kVA to 500 KVA minimum three cycle to achieve di electric strength of 40 KV for 1 minute at 2.5 mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filtration plant, testing of the oil break down voltage before filtration and after filtration complete all as specified an directed by Engr in charge. Note : (i) Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing machine of oil required for dehydration is arrange by contracter. (ii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured and paid separatly.

Supply and filling transformer oil for topping up insulating oil HV grade having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV high viscosity in transformer conforming to IS-335 to 1983 all as specified and directed for various capacity of transformers/OCB's/Servo Voltage Stabiliser installed at various locations at zakhama .

Materials and labour for taking out old unserviceable defective HV bushings on site from outdoor/indoor type distribution transformers of 11/0.433 KV and 63 KVA to 500 KVA and Supply and fix porcelain bushing with heat resistant gasket complete all as specified and directed .

Materials and labour for taking out old unserviceable defective LV bushings on site from outdoor/indoor type distribution transformers of 11/0.433 KV and 63 KVA to 160 KVA and Supply and fix porcelain bushing with heat resistant gasket complete all as specified an directed.

Materials and labour for taking out old unserviceable defective LV bushings on site from outdoor/indoor type distribution transformers of 11/0.433 KV and 200 KVA to 400 KVA and Supply and fix porcelain bushing with heat resistant gasket complete all as specified an directed.

Supply and fix in repairs brass terminal stud, both end threaded complete with double nuts and washers including distance piece both sides and heat resistance gasket suitable for HV side 11000 volts grade for 63 KVA to 750 KVA capacity of outdoor/indoor type transformer.complete all as specified an directed.

Supply and fix in repairs brass terminal stud both end threaded complete with double nuts and washers including distance piece both sides and heat resistance gasket suitable for LV side 415 volts grade for 63 KVA to 160 KVA capacity of outdoor/indoor type transformer complete all as specified an directed.

Supply and fix in repairs brass terminal stud both end threaded complete with double nuts and washers including distance piece both sides and heat resistance gasket suitable for LV side 415 volts grade for 200 KVA to 400 KVA capacity of outdoor/indoor type transformer complete all as specified an directed. .

Materials and labour for servicing/overhauling , Calibration and decorbonising of 11 KV (panel with breaker + Relay ) and setting of Relay parameters VCB of capacity 400 /630 Amps, indoor type , taking shut down from MRS and disconnecting incoming and out going cables , control cables from VCB and replacement of un-serviceable spares (CT, alarm etc), greasing of revolving assembly in VCB chamber, spring charging mechanism including decorbonising the VCB panel and check servicability all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) : Spare parts/components required for replacement of above shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include labour required for fixing of replaced supply only items.
