M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation ,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F angle for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 12mm thick lead free, termite & moisture resistance and fire retardant PVC board as in view cutter fixed with using corrosion resistant screws into post complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M/L brick work with flyash bricks old size straight or curved on plan to any radius exc 6m mean radius build in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick in CM 1:4 rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished fair and even with on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treatment of wall & applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004 , alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of alkali and fungal resistance exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm including a coat of putty 1 mm thick plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth for smooth finish over new surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of steel and iron of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified any height Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

E/M PORTION Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified.

M & L for concealed point wiring for fan/light point controlled by one one way switch complete with 1.5 sq mm FRLSH,PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 volts grade (Red/yellow/blue wires for phases and black wire for neutral),drawn into and including non metalic PVC rigid conduit medium grade of suitable size and conduit accessories fixed on wall, floor, roof etc. and including PVC FRLSH insulated 1.5 sq mm copper conductor for earth continuity (Green Colour) and connected to common earth dolly including sunken in GI terminal box 2.8 mm thick bakelite hylam sheet cover, ISI marked with CM/L no. for mounting switch & sockets ect. Note : a) Note :- Cost of PVC conduit, cutting chases of wal/ceilingl, making good disturbed wall surfaces including finishing with cement mortor 1:4, matching with existing colour/paint of surface are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
