Supplying and fixing of 50mm dia G.I. Pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of LED street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 3Cx1.5Sqmm Weather proof AL Cable, flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of high-quality group control enabled integrated LED Smart Street Light fittings with a minimum system lumen of 9800 Lm (+/- 5%) and system wattage not exceeding 70W (+/-5%) with dimmable feature.

Enabling each of the installed 70W LED Smart light fittings with cloud-based group lighting management cabinet having the following specifications: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cloud-based Smart Cabinet for Group lighting management solution for monitoring and control of streetlights. The Smart cabinet controller connects to a group of LED Smart streetlights. The light management software shall be hosted on the cloud. The system shall include cost of a SIM card for a period of (05) five years. The system shall be cabinet-based with the capability for Remote Management, Switching, Monitoring and Group Dimming of Street lights from one central place. The system shall control and monitor streetlight electrical cabinets remotely via wireless communications such as 2G/3G/4G/5G/LTE as one of the primary communications networks to the server/cloud. The cabinet shall be designed so that it is easily scalable to become a part of a small-area group control system or a city-wide group control system, as per the specifications mentioned in the RFP. Design, software as a service with a licence fee for a period of five (05) years (with free upgradation from time to time) for Group Control Cabinets.

Supplying and Laying of XLPE insulated, PVC sheated cable of 1.1KV grade of following sizes of required length. 4C x 16 Sqmm unarmoured Al. Cable.

Supplying and fixing of suitable Eye Hook for Aerial Bunch Cable.

Supplying and fixing of suitable Dead End fitting for Aerial Bunch Cable.

Supplying and fixing of suitable Piercing Connector (IPC) for Aerial Bunch Cable.

Supplying and fixing of suitable Clamp for PSC/GI /MS Pole for Aerial Bunch Cable.

Supplying and fixing of suitable Suspension clamp for Aerial Bunch Cable.

Supplying fitting fixing of Weather proof junction box-IP-66

Supplying and fixing of LT Ariel Bunch Cable 1.1 kV Grade, Stranded and compacted Aluminium phase conductor and stranded messenger conductor with all aluminium alloy, phase conductor, Messenger and earthing is insulated with XLPE compound, as per IS 14255-1995 up to latest amendment of required size in the existing P.S.C./M.S/Galvanized pole with binding etc. with SWG GI wire-based pole earthing as required.

Earthing with G.I. Earth pipe 4.5m long, 40mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate and having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supplying and Laying 25mm x 5mm G.I. Strip at 0.50 m below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with G.I. Nut, Bolt, spring washer, etc. as required (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm).

Supplying fitting fixing of Three Phase electric meter including meter cabinet (as per APDCL approved Make)

Processing fee and Supervision charge to be paid to APDCL including supply and fixing of suitable MCB and required accessories for charging of the Three Phase electric meter.

Galvanized STP (SP-6) of following specification, including transportation, erection & other civil works including concreating, shuttering, foundation (as per APDCL approved Make)

Carrying out detailed surveys for the identified roads by the GUCL and listing out the requirements as per scope of works and prospective location for mounting the Smart Feeder pillar of offered technology, keeping in view of the availability of nearest tapping point, access and ease of maintenance and measuring road lengths, identifying any bottlenecks/obstacle along the entire length of the roads and preparation of detail survey report incorporating all the above and submission to GUCL.

Operation & maintenance charge for 5 (Five) years
