Providing and fixing of 1" X 1 1/2" aluminium channel frame 6mm ply and 4mm veneer fixing with polish

Repairing of Grid ceiling only channel supply and fitting

Providing and fixing of 3' X 8' flush door, veneer and necessary fittings

Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping until hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the Advisor

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, ceilings etc. up to any height and in any floor including removing rubbish with a lead of 75m as directed by Advisor

Plaster (to wall, floor, celling etc.) with sand & cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed by Advisor and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] with 1.6 cement mortar 25mm thick plaster

Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal/Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Advisor

Dismantling of Plywood, Veneer R.C floor, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed by Advisor within a lead of 75m. Including stacking of steel bars

Dismantling and removal of Existing window seal and re fixing
