COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM ALONG WITH DETECTION SYSTEM AND CONNECTED WORK IN TECH AREA AT AFS KANPUR.

Comprehensive monthly maintenance of auto fire alarm system installed in Bearing Hospital in Tech Area at AF Stn Chakeri. The detail scope of work consists of the following:- (i) Cleaning inspecting, checking and repairing if required all the equipments of fire detection system. (ii) Operational of all the equipment of fire detection system should be maintained. (iii) The contractor will submit daily inspection report regarding functioning of all the equipments duly signed by contractor, users rep and Engr-in-Charge. (iv) The maintenance shall be carried out through experienced technician. (v) Emergency visit will be carried out when called in addition to the normal monthly maintenance in case of any failure in the system due to any cause without additional cost. (vi) Spare parts required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.

Note:- 1. The detail of fire detection & fire fighting system are as under:- (a) UL Listed auto fire alarm control panel having micro processor based two loop cards (200 device/loop card) - 01 No. (b) UL Listed intelligent addressable multi-criteria detector with base- 73 Nos. (c) UL Listed intelligent heat detector - 02 Nos. (d) Manual call point - 08 Nos. (e) Control module for hooter - 14 Nos. (f) zone Monitor module - 14 Nos. (g) Fault isolator - 08 Nos. (h) Wall mounted hooter - 14 Nos. (j) Response indicator - 12 Nos. (k) IR Flame detector - 14 Nos. (l) UPS 500 VA - 01 No. 2. Testing of the entirefire detection and alarm system shall be carried out and report shall be submit regardinding functioning of the system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair, comprehensive and preventive maintenance of CO 2 flooding system in ROH flight (one nos two zone panel, 8 Nos CO2 Cylinder and 01 Nos N2 Cylinder ) as per manufacturers reccomendation which include the following:- (i) Checking and cleaning of smoke/ heat detectors ,nozzles/Co2 pipe line etc complete all as specified & directed. (ii) Checking of main control panel and control wiring complete all as specified and directed. (iii) weighing of CO2 /N2 cylinders complete all as specified and directed. Note :(a) If any defect notice/found ,the same should be rectify immediatly and report to Engr-in-charge. (b) Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relavent item of schedule.(c) If defect not rectified by contractor with in stipulated period as directed by Engr-in-charg then penality @ 500/per day will be recover from RAR /BILL. Testing of the entirefire detection and alarm system shall be carried out and report shall be submit regardinding functioning of the system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
