NS Item: - Providing and fixing slated wooden acoustical panels with leaner perforation. The panel shall be there resistant grade with melamine laminate panels. Size 2440 mm x 128 mm x 17mm with 4 mm slates at 28 mm pitch smooth and plank will be tongue and grooved edges for seamless mounting having density of 800 kg/m3 (Base panel confirming to IS:12406 and laminated panel confirming to IS:14587) NRC with rock wool: 0.7, 0.8. Make: Fx-Acoustic. The back of the panel is perforated with 10 mm diameter circular holes with a non-woven fabric covering of 0.2 mm for providing sound absorption via the acoustic impendence method. Panel is to be fixed on GI frame size 50mm x 35 mm on the lower side with screw fixed horizontal/vertical to wall. Every 500 mm c/c with centre and edged bracket in tongue and grove system on GI frame work. The cavity of frame work should be inserted with 50mm thick rock wool make: Polybond (best for sound absorption) with black coloured tissue cloth/ polyester fabric equivalent to 48 kg/m glass wool and along with accessories like Aluminium Klit, Standard Slat Kliter as per direction. NS Item: - Providing and fixing acoustical flooring which is solution - dyed having nylon in ration 6:6. Nylon is great carpet tile with terrific product benefits. It is strong, durable, static-free, easy to maintain and dye, and colorfast. It has very versatile styling possibilities, maintains fiber height, and resists soiling or staining. It also has an excellent resistance to abrasion, crush and wear, insects, moulding, mildew, rot, and many chemicals. The height of the piles is 6 mm acoustic and 10 mm foam with total thickness of 16mm primary backing of woven PP and secondary backing of Felt backing. Make: Vista/ Nuzen. The size of acoustical flooring tile is 0.50 x 0.50 m.
