Inspection and checking out of the following Transformers (1000 kVA x 2 nos) and relevant HT panels for the sake of fault identification associated with the same by engaging competent personnel on urgent basis including carrying the relevant testing equipments at site.

Dismantling and taking out the defective accessories therefrom the transformer, panel etc. by engaging competent manpower after disconnecting the power line as per direction.

Supply and delivery of the following spares as per sample at site :-

O/C & E/F Relay suitable for 60-240V AC/DC supply (Model-MICOM P111/Easergy P1) (Make-Schneider)

6P Electronic alarm announciator suitable for 90-270V AC/DC supply (Make-Minilec)

Rectifier for VCB (I/P-220V AC, O/P-220V DC) (Type-MD5BU1016) (Make-IRI)

200W Space heater (230V) (Make-RECO)

Thermostat (Temperature range : 300C-1100 C, 15A, 230/250V AC) (Model : MM-106) (Make-Elcon Gold)

Auxiliary relay supply (110-125V DC) (Model-VAA33ZG8338BCH) (Make-GE)

Fitting & fixing of the above supplied materials (Item No. 3) in position including supplying of requisite wiring materials required for necessary interconnection complete along with the calibration charges wherever applicable as per direction.

Disconnecting the 1000 kVA x 2 nos. Transformer from HT & LT terminals with proper protection, draining the Transformer oil out succeeded by storing the same in prper way, opening of top cover and inspection cover after removal of conservator tank, buchholz relay part by part after loosening of all the nuts & bolts for detecting any defects as per direction (1000 kVA x 2 nos).

Supply & delivery of the following materials at site :-

Transformer oil as per IS - 335 in sealed container (Make :- Raj Petro/Savita/Approved make).

Cold welding bonding compound for blocking leakage

Silica gel of approved make

0.5 Kg Dehydrating silica gel breather of approved make

WTI (6" dia.) (Make-PTCI/Approved make)

Single phase induction motor for OLTC (1.2A, 260V, 50Hz, RPM-1440, KW/HP-0.12/0.16) (Kirloskar/Western Engg/Crompton/Approved make)

11kV grade, 3Core, 240 sqmm indoor type heat shrinkable ent termination kit

110V, 80AH VRLA Battery consisting of 55 nos x 2V cells with all accessories (EXIDE/Approved make) (Cost of battery is considered after deducting the value of old one).

Neoprene gaskets and oil seals for HT and LT bushings, top cover, inspection cover, valves etc.

Fitting & fixing of the above supplied materials (Item No. 5) in position complete as per direction including.

Placing the top cover and inspection cover and buchholz relay, conservator tank in proper position and tightening of nuts and bolts after cleaning up the surface sludge of core & coil assembly with hot oil through filter machine for 1000 kVA Transformers per direction of EIC. (2 nos Transformer)

Filling the Transformer oil through filter machine by old oil and new supplied oil after filtration in the 1000 KVA transformer by engaging competent manpower for increasing I.R. value as per direction (2 Nos. Transformer).

Making necessary connection of transformer at H.T. & L.T. sides after cleaning, washing and tightening up the cable end socket and wrapping with new adhesive and insulation tapes, including testing & commissioning all complete as per direction (2 Nos. Transformer).
