Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of earth work including spade work, pick work, jumper work blasting work including where blasting is prohibited and chiselling/wedging out of rock etc. upto all lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metre.s clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts in foundations and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30mmX30mmX5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights in all floors and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- (i) foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like Floors etc.upto 200mm in thickness including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibtared cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work :-(i) foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Column, pillars, posts and struts upto floor all level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor all level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor all level in Tor steel including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts :-In gratings, framed, guards, bars ladders and railing, brackets and similar works including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 7mm thick chequared plate including both side welding, cutting to required size and shape and including self drilling screws complete with all accessories as required (frame work to be measured and paid for separately) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted corrugated steel sheet of TATA DURASHINE make of approved shade in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5microns over 5microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted self drilling screws, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing polycarbonatd tranparent sheet 1.20mm thick in roofing with galvanised J or L hooks bolts and nuts with G.I. Limpet and bitumen rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling and patitions etc. sawn and put up in position including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts:- Second class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing 19mm thick commercial board in shelves/box for cup board with butt joints and fixing with nails and screws etc. complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows clerestory windows and other frames, wrought, framed and fixed in position including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts in Second class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts in 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing glazing in Powder coated aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) Glazing with glass panes of 5.50mm thickness (weight not less than 13.75 kg/ sqm including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Second class half brick masonary in common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure upto floor all level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 40mm size MS hollow pipe fixing etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying chequred tiles of approved size, shade and design in flooring treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) finished with white cement including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing tectile path guiding complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing tiles/ block raised small dots (23mm) complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing guiding signs on acrylic sheet complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1Cement:6 Sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Applying one or more coat of paint based putty made of whitting and POP etc. mixed in required quantity of white enamel paint for application of wood based products after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.in all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stoping, including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts With white enamel paint.

Providing and fixing viterous China wash down water closet (European type W.C. pan) with intergal P or S trap including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar 1 : 1 ( 1 cement : 1 sand) (seat and cover to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts :-Anglo Indian (Universal Closet).

Providing and fixing 10.00 liter capacity PVC low level flushing cistern Hind ware sleek ultra of size 42cm X 39cm X 14cm or equivalent with a pair of brackets with fittings such as lead valve, syphon, 15mm nominal size PVC ball valve with polythene float, with push button, couplings for connections with inlet, outlet and ovrflow pipe, 40mm dia C. P. flush bend including cutting holes in walls and making good the same and connecting the flush bend with cistern and closet (overflow) pipe to be measured and paid for separately including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 630mmx450mm size vitreous China wash basin with single hole for pillar tap with C.I. or M.S. brackets painted white including cutting holes and making good the same but excluding fittings including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.
