Soil Resistivity Test in 4 Directions at various location within the 25 mtr radius complete all as following general condition including in the qouted rates of items. Note - General condition (i) Field Audit Team to be deployed at site will observe the safety rules prescribed as per testing regulations. (ii) Safety procedures or any other action / precaution such as health check up to be undertaken by the firm before commencing the work in the area. (iii) The results of detailed study / analysis and reports shall be furnish all relevant & required data and drawings in Auto CADD format (Hard copy).(iv) Labour charge for disconnecting/Connecting of earth strip from / to the earth electrode and required any hardware such as bolts, nuts etc for breaking of concrete or any other civil required to drive the spike / probes during testing shall be includes quoted rates of items.

Renewal of Earthing with new earth electrode comprising of connected items like Earth electrode of low carbon steel electrode with copper bonding of thickness, environment friendly backfill and suitable clamp, Back-fill earthing enhancing compound should strictly be a Eco Safe Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. Back-fill compound shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. Test Certificate as per as per IEC : 62561-7 for Back-fill compound shall be submitted along with the material including SS clamp to be provode both side complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) Earth electrode should be applicable Standards IS: 3043, IEC 62561-2 & IEC 60364-5 and made of High Tensile steel rods copper bounded, High tensile strength,good electrical conduction & effective performance and suitable for all type of soil and provided minimum distance 3 Mtrs. (ii) Back-fill compound should be Compliance to the Standards IEEE: 80, IS-3043, BS 7430, IEC 62561-7, ANSI/NSF 60 Certification.(iii) Positive low resistance electrical connection to the earth. (iv) Does not contain hazardous chemicals.(v) Electronically conductive (like in metals) and is not dependent on moisture. (v) Provide the desire value of earth resistance as per required specified values.(vi) Provide the Exothermic welding joints to entire grid system joints of earthing electrod.(vii) Test certificated to be provide of each electrod.(viii) The life of electrode to be covered upto 10 years after date of installations (ix) Cost of upto 7.5mtr length of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 10mm dia copper bonded round steel solid conductor lay below GL and connect to the grid system electrode in other situation including joint by Exothermic welding provide to joints of grid system & electrode including drilliing of holes for electrode, exacavation of trench for grid & making good of existing disturbed surface includes in quoted rate of items.

Taking down old old GI/Aluminium earthing continuity conductor any size any type including with connected items complete all as specified.

Taking down old old copper earthing continuity conductor any size any type including with connected items complete all as specified.

Supply & fix earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 20 x 3.15 mm copper strip with saddle and copper screw fixed to roof and down conductor above sarface connection with test terminal block and un below GL provide the grid system in other situation including jointing by Exothermic welding provide to joints of grid system complete all as directed. NOTE: Cost of breaking any brick / PCC hard standing, excavation of trench for grid & making good of existing disturbed surface includes in quoted rate of items.

S&F in repair the single pointed air termination Alluminium rod 12 mm dia 300 mm long complete all as directed.

S&F in repair the test point terminal block made of bronze of size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8 mm 25 mm long Hex head screw complete.

Material and labour for Earthing pit chamber pre fabricated of size 450x450x450 mm with wall thckness 125mm and making cut at top of wall for fixing of pit cover the pit cover made of RCC of size 400x400mmx40 mm thick with 10 mm dia round bar handle fixed at centre of cover including apply paint of pit as per colour code directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for GI funnel of 75 mm dia (wire mesh) for suitable size of existing pipe complete

M&L for fixing earth pit identifier board made out of MS sheet of size 300x150x3.0 mm fixed in MS angle 30x30x5 mm of 450mm long to be fixed to ground by means of cement concrete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of reoxide primer and writing the earth resisitance complete including excavation and earth work PCC type C1, 1:3:6 of size 150x150x150mm all as directed, including dismatling and taking out the old rusted / out lived earth indicators. (For 65 Nos for New earthing + 85 For Existing Earthing pits)

Supply & fix earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 10mm dia copper bounded round steel solid Conductor for ring of electrode in grid to meet the requiremnets of IS / IEC 62305 and IEC 62561-2. Type B earthing has been proposed for building type of JIDC05 and below GL provide the grid system in other situation including jopinting by Exothermic welding provide to joints of grid system complete all specified and directed.
